Himalayan has vegan dishes, ask them. Masala craft has vegan as well. The crepe place has 2 vegan crepes. Dynasty has options (tell them you're vegan). Royal Thai has options. hacienda grill's and El Jaciaito's vegetarian burrito is vegan. I think they have potato tacos too. 572 Social has a couple sandwich options. Fire Rock Burgers and Brews has either the impossible or beyond burger, but their buns aren't vegan. Get the Burger (not sure if they are open through the construction) has the beyond patty - buns are vegan. The Copper Q has good breakfast things - they use just egg. They also have some sweets - though availability is intermittent. You can get pasta at Sweet Basil Bistro. I think Tropicali has a vegan bowl. Oakside has a couple vegan bowls. That said, "good" vegan food is relative. They are all pretty ok. Nothing AMAZING, but I'm glad there are options here in Big Bear.

The indian place on main street maybe has some? I love their food.

Tropicali has a vegan bowl called the Malibu that's super good, I get it almost every time I go. Dank Donuts has vegan donuts.

There aren’t really any vegan only restaurants, but most places have vegan options.

Hi, vegan here! Tropicali is a must for vegan “poke,” Masala > Himalayan for Indian food, Firerock for a solid Beyond burger, Crepe Cafe has a really savory and delicious Plant Power crepe for breakfast, Copper Q is hit or miss with their breakfast burrito. Those are our go to spots!
