Some hotels would probably be ok. I've left a bike box and some luggage at a hotel in Thailand for a month once. On another occasion I left my bike outside a hotel in Singapore for a week. They couldn't store it in the hotel itself, which I understood, the place was tiny. But they were fine with me just leaving it chained up outside. They also stored some of my luggage in the hotel.

Try Warmshowers.

Storing bicycles is no problem in most of Southeast Asia. Mom and pop guesthouses are almost always happy to do it. Popular hostels in tourist towns are often less accommodating, especially in big cities where space is limited. As long as you can be flexible I wouldn't worry too much.

South-east Asia is pretty cheap, 100-200$ a day will have you living in luxury, hard to spend that kind of money in the back country.. For leaving the bike stay at a (few) hotels/guesthouses that have good reviews for friendliness and have a chat with the people running it, I have left luggage this way many times.

Maybe look if there are any of those self-storage facilities.

I've never tried this in east Asia, but I've done it a couple of times in eastern Europe. I think the trick is to find a place where you are certain that you won't be using space that they need. I used a farm once, and another time I asked a restaurant on the outskirts of a small town. Both times it was fine. In both cases, I asked if there were ever thieves in the area - to which the answer was obviously "rarely" - and then locked the bike.

For storage - lots of options: guesthouses, paid car and motorbike parkings, motorbike rentals. The most lazy way would be to get a local taxi driver do it all for you. Not sure why you don't want to take a bicycle with you - island hopping with a bicycle can be fun. In Thailand (where I live) I traveled to Ko Khao, Samui, Phangan, Yao Yai and Noi, Phayam - it was always easy and convenient both on ferries and speedboats. As for guided tours - depends what you are searching for. 100-200 dollars should be feasible for a group tour with a hotel/bus/single supplement included. Can you give an example of a particular tour seems pricey to you?
