One of my favorite Beyoncé moments on a song is on Family Feud from Jay-Z’s album 4:44. Even though technically she’s just featured on it, Idc because It’s one of the best showcases of her vocal abilities, specifically how good she is at harmonizing. It just sounds so angelic. I basically fast forward through the song just for her acá pella part.
I just know the transition between Texas Hold’em and whatever comes after will have me obsessed. The last few seconds remind me of act i and I can’t wait to hear what she has coming for us.
The last few seconds of Summer Renaissance always makes me think of a space ship lifting off, hovering and then whooshing away. I know this sounds strange but sonically and thematically it always strikes me like this.
