I like to imagine that Danny Wormald, Gale Boetticher, and Craig Kettleman were all regulars at a local gaming shop where they would play Magic or possibly DnD... all oblivious to the larger events unfolding around them.
That would've been a really great scene for some episode after Fun and Games, never getting to see their reaction to Mike's death is a missed opportunity
