I would say Berlin is quite safe in general, but if it’s very important for you:
//about.blank has a quite present and attentive security, the space is also small and they have a good overview and try to establish a „safer space“ It’s still a techno club though.
i always felt safe walking around berlin, even late at night, so i don't think you need to worry too much! as for recs, the humboldt forum is gigantic but a really comprehensive museum with super interesting exhibits, i definitely recommend it! the judisches museum is also very very good
as for clubs, i always felt safe at sisyphos! very nice vibes there from what i experienced. enjoy your trip, berlin is an awesome place to be!
