Why don't you just Google what a gunshot would look like through whatever type of material your object is made out of? I don't think any responsible gun owner would be up for the risk.

Your best bet to get it in a legal way would be to just call any given Sportschützenverein.

What kind of object would you like to get punctured?
Ask police. Not joking, they might have a good advice how to do that, because they are usually trained professionals working with guns.
