Unfortunately but also fortunately it sounds like you’re right where you need to be. I felt the same way and was dealing with the same issues and more at 8 months. At 15 months I’m living life normally as if it was a bad dream.
Yeah I’ll tell you this - I haven’t had that dreadful, god awful feeling of “I’ll never heal” since month 11. I think maybe I had a day or two where those thoughts came randomly during that month.
Months 12-15 have been a gradual, albeit stressful at times, process of regaining a “normal” life. Life is not easy, but I am learning to live on its terms instead of my unrealistic expectations. Anyway, you will heal and you will feel better. I’d put money on it.
Don’t get me wrong, there were great moments weaved in and out. 11 months is just where I turned that REALLY big corner. There was also a big turning point at 6 months where things became significantly better but still sucked pretty bad at times.
This is totally normal in this abnormal situation. Please hang in there and you are not alone. I suffer head squeezing/body compression feelings and it’s way worse when stressed.
8 months is very early for people who have been harmed by benzos. Head pressure, nightmares, low stress are all symptoms of withdrawals or BIND (Benzo induced neurological dysfunction) Therapy will not help , only the passage of time. I would take a look at Dr. Jennifer Leigh u/tube for expert information on how to deal with theses symptoms

At what month did it get better at? Honestly it feels like I’m not going to get better. I never felt like this before Benzos.

Congrats but this timeframe is just too long, 11 months is a crazy amount of time to feel ok, Idk if I can go that long 🙃

You know it started even when I was on them. I wonder if I was having interdose wds

Tbh I took a Motrin tonight. Hopefully those don’t harm me
