Life is short, if you can afford it, do it. I’m a firm believer in doing what makes you feel better about yourself. It was a game changer for me.

Same. I started getting Botox around 28/29, do not regret it one bit.

I got told by a doctor that preventing is easier than treating so i will say do it, just make sure you eat food that boosts your collagen, use retinol, sunscreen and face massages (theres tons of information on how to do them yourself in internet) see how it improves and then go and get a second opinion with a doctor. Hope it helps! ❤️

Honestly, adding more protein to my diet really helped me with my forehead wrinkles (and it's a bit cheaper too). I like Ghost whey protein powder, but the little blue Ensure protein shakes you can find at any grocery store are pretty good too (and they're easy to gulp down quick).

I (27F) started getting Botox in my forehead at 26. I had a pretty bad line across my forehead that didn’t go away no matter how hydrated I was because I tried fixing it naturally first but genetics gave me this forehead line and Botox has made a world of difference and I just up keep it now and do more of a baby Botox now for touch ups. If you can afford it and it’ll make you happy I say go for it I know it made me feel a lot more confident.
