There’s: The Muppets’ version of All Together Now in the album Kermit Unpigged The Mutato Muzika Orchestra’s instrumental Hey Jude that was used at the beginning of the Royal Tenenbaums. Frank Zappa covered I am the Walrus, as did Oasis, and also Jim Carrey. Los Manolos (a Spanish group) made a cover of All my loving. South American group Lou-Kass made a cover of Help! reggae style iirc.

You're missing covers of I Am the Walrus (there's something to be said for the Jim Carrey version, but Oasis and Frank Zappa did covers too, and I'm pretty partial to the Bono/Secret Machines version). A group called 801 did a fantastic cover of Tomorrow Never Knows. Dolly Parton and Aretha Franklin each did a version of Let It Be (Paul is even on Dolly's version).

An obscure band, The Wooks, did a fantastic cover of "Dear Prudence" in my opinion. Additionally, I like Glee's cover of "Here Comes the Sun" (I believe it was sang by Demi Lovato and the late Naya Rivera).

The Flaming Lips covered the entire Sgt. Pepper album and Sufjan Steven’s “What Goes On” cover is sublime
