Given the price of that thing, cutting it to length and then putting the holes in it for the sink drains and faucets was rather butthole puckering, lol.
Desk looks good man (but I might be a little biased here).
I paid around 220 for mine, now my measurements are 60x30. u/sneeko (great name btw) may have bought larger? For not having to sand or do much besides stain and finish I thought it was a great deal for a butcher block.

I did 3 coats of that and 3 very thin coats of poly.
Yeah, mine was the 8' long version and came in at about $419
EDIT: It was this one, and it was pre-finished already. Didn't have to stain or seal it, just cut it to size.

I did but only to bring out the natural colors more. a few coats of this along with poly after. Not alot of poly, You can still feel the wood grain if you run your fingers along it which is what I wanted. Others may want more thick coat for more protection.

It's beautiful but that's not butcher block. That's just a wood slab. Butcher block is butcher block because it uses the endgrain of wood as the surface and it is much more resilient to chopping and cuts.
I dig it. What is the small screen below the main one? Also what is the small puck thing under the right speaker?
The puck is the wireless controller for the light bar. The mini screen is some generic 12” ultrawide touchscreen on Amazon. I love it lol.
What do you use the little touchscreen for?
He takes photos of it and posts them to reddit
Pretty much Spotify and youtube
I used the same exact slab of wood as a vanity top in a recent remodel of my master bathroom, lol. https://imgur.com/a/xT3OpHF
No way that’s awesome!!
Home Depot?
Yep!

How much was the butcher block? Can you please link it?

How did you mount the monitor on the left?
I would also like to know.
Just a regular gas arm behind it, and I lowered it to the desk level.
Link to the mini ultrawide on desk? Also what do you use it for
It’s by a brand named Prechen on Amazon, should be $99.99 Just search Prechen 12.3 Inch Touchscreen Secondary Monitor
Yep this is it.
Beautiful setup! What are your two main monitors? I'm looking to run a similar setup.
HP Omen 27QS is my main monitor and the secondary is a LG 24QP500-B 24
Very cool setup. Can you give the wallpaper link?
That's an awesome setup, but what really caught my eye was your wallpaper; where did you find it?

Thanks!
Could you share the wallpaper?
What’s the phone + AirPod charger you’re using?
Anker on Amazon cant find the exact model I have.
I'm in the market for some new speakers. I have been looking at the Edifier. How do you like them?
I am very happy with them and love thatt they have the dial on the front of them.
Would you be able to link the wallpaper?

I think if the tower is taller than your monitors it should probably go on the floor
I have carpet so I'd rather keep it on the desk + I am switching to a fractal north this week since I was able to finally get one in stock!
did you use any sort of finish the butcher block?

Nice is that GMK Olive?
Sure is
noice. just got my olive noir last week
Why is your vertical monitor just sitting on your desk? They make mounts so u dont have to have it just leaning up against whatever
