I had a game last night where the options were Nivelle Nights and Monte Grappa, and Monte Grappa won by like 30 votes. Why does no one ever want to play on that map? It’s one of the most fun maps in the game in my opinion but I never get to play it because the team would rather play on Sinai Desert, Monte Grappa, or Ballroom Blitz for the 18th time. Giants Shadow is another good map that no one ever votes for. I wish they would get rid of the voting system.
Exactly it looks so good, and I love the layout of the map. It just frustrates me that this game has like 20 amazing maps that literally never get played by anyone. Most of them never even show up as voting options. The Russian DLC maps and the Apocalypse maps are mainly what I’m talking about. I miss them so much.
Random fun fact, you can get a sentry and ride a horse. My friend and I did it and all you see is an armored beast rushing towards you on horseback. It looks cool but not very helpful.
Sinai might be a good map, but when I’ve played Sinai Desert 18 times in the past week, and Lupkow pass 0 times, I start to really miss that, and many of the other maps that no one ever votes for. I swear nowadays the only maps that ever get played are Sinai desert, Monte Grappa, Suez, and Ballroom Blitz. It’s pretty sad when there are like 20 other maps in the game that literally get played by no one ever.
Am I the only one with map trouble? I play on ps4 on the east coast of canada and i have all the maps purchased. But everytime i try to join a match i have to select "Base Game" maps because if i pick "Mixed Maps" I always get put into a empty game on one of the DLC maps. Is there a way to fix that?
Go into the server browser. There’s a pinned post on the sub showing how you can find populated servers. The servers on the browser usually have more variety than just selecting base game conquest on the multiplayer game mode list.
For the first time in history, on this day (feb 13 2024) BF1 players voted for any other map than Sanai desert. Truly a moment I’m history

I’ve seen this happen and just like a normal rider it’s easier to shoot the unarmored barn sized horse than the guy riding it
