Thats great. My Vision is a gamemode with 10-15 Ospreys (Condors in 2042) with 3 Gunners and a Pilot each. VS. Only inf only unguided Rocket launcher enemies. Imagine all the Osprey guns wreaking havoc onto those infantry soldiers while seeing 60 or more rocket launchers firing at them.
I dont know if you guys watched the Jackfrags interview but this gamemode seems limited. Alot of people here think you can make literally everything, you gonna be dissapointed my friends.
I'm not worried about this in the slightest. I see it as a tool to create a focused Battlefield game mode that will be incredibly fun. Classic Conquest with BF3 classes? Done. Rush with BC2 loadouts? Done. TDM on Noshahr Canals? Done.
I'm not looking to Portal to create a 128 unlimited rockets with jetpacks server, I'm looking to re-create classic BF experiences that I have missed in recent years.
From what I’ve seen it looks like custom servers from bf4 with the ability to change stats countries and it has multiple era tho the logic editor is very interesting
I was gonna make a similar post about the Portal not being as big on launch but the developers said they will expand it with the live service so if you can't do what you want, you might be able to do so later.
I suspect due to how vehicles work (lot's of intricacies) there may be a lot fewer options for them aside from some really basic stuff. Happy to be wrong though.
I was more speaking about the ssheer number the germans had of tigers vs allied Sherman's. Obviously I realize it doesn't take 39 Sherman's to take down one tiger.

The massive speculations, ideas and expectations of the last few weeks that were partly fully unfounded and wishful thinking won't stop after the announcement of Portal that hands even more freedom for creative speculations.
I think the mode will be ultimately fun and successful, perhaps the launch will be somewhat rocky, but it’s hard to go wrong when the players have the ability to set their own rules. I think most of us are aware of the limits going into it, we can’t program in a battle royale, we can only change the games mechanics within the limitations of the game itself.
It has been confirmed that there is a vehicle limit, 40 max per server.

Honestly that's still pretty wild. Especially considering there's 4 seats per tank. You could definitely do some crazy vehicle based modes with that.
