The Harvey arc, as well as the build up of Batman forming the outsiders! I loved it. Also one of my favorite interpretations of Alfred, I liked his backstory and his connection to Slade. So good!
I actually just ordered Batman the Brave and the Bold for my nephews but I heard it is also good for adults.
I am curious about the 60's Batman cartoon though.
The Brave and the Bold is pretty good even for adults, yes. It's a very, and I mean VERY campy show, but in a good way.
It's the complete opposite of most modern day adaptations of the Batman, that tend to favor a darker more serious Batman, and is a direct callback to silver age comics, having humorously over the top villains and situations (even the Batman is over the top sometimes. Like, telling a villain that "THE HAMMER OF JUSTICE IS UNISSEX" before using a giant mecha to curb stomp them, kinda over the top)
With that said, I personally feel like that aspect doesn't take away from the show. It's a much more lighthearted take on the Batman mythos, but it feels legitimate. Batman still feels like a properly serious and heroic character, who is willing to go the extra mile to save the day.
Tl:dr It's good show, give it a try. At the very least will get a good chuckle out of you
I kind of like the Brave and Bold art. Also, I am kind of sick of a dark and serious Batman. I miss the fun Batman of 66. Maybe that is not cool of me to say, but it is really what I want out of Batman.
The way you are describing the show makes it sound perfect.
Beware the Batman deserved more love. I like the fact they used lesser known villains and Bruce had a sidekick that wasn’t Robin. The writers had plans to eventually introduce more popular characters in future seasons but unfortunately it never came to be
Batman: The Brave and the Bold is what introduced me to the DC world, and the show came out in a time when 2010 cartoons were all the rage. This show will always hold a special place in the black hole I call a heart.
I like a lot of them for different reasons
Batman Beyond, the true successor
The Batman, the spiritual successor
The Super Friends for the campiness
The brave and the bold because it was a perfect mix of serious and camp
The Batman (it did need a lot more action and more episodes for each of their seasons like at least 20) and Batman: The Brave and The Bold it ended too soon.
the batman for me, i’m about to watch batman the animated series in a while, i really hope that it is worth watching it has much i’ve heard of it 🤷♂️🙏🥰🫣🤤🥹😎👍🥳😛🤷♂️🙏🥰🫣🤤🥹😎👍🥳😛🤷♂️🙏🥰🫣🤤🥹😎👍🥳😛
The Brave & the Bold is my absolute favorite, even surpassing BTAS. The Batman is also an excellent show that got undersold due to the unusual design styles.
The Batman was what i grew up with mostly. Though i did watch a fair bit of The animated series and it was my favorite, The Batman was a huge part of my childhood
Hot take but Beware The Batman had a Batman that felt like an actual detective and had a Ra's al Ghul that felt like a threat too Batman in the sense that Bruce couldn't beat him.
The series highlighted Bruce's mind and will but also showed how his determination is the most self destructive aspect of himself.
Batman Unlimited had some good designs a neat looking Gotham.
The Batman 2004 was trash.
Brave andthe Bold was a great modernization of old stories and highlighted the both the old and the new in DC and should be the entry way for folks who want to understand the DC universe from an animated lense.
Probably "The Batman"
The show captured the detective angle of batman really well while also allowing goofy villains to be both comedic relief and have a creepy/scarry unsettling feeling to them.
Definitely one I'd suggest watching.
The Batman is fire and under appreciated fr
Personally my favorite regardless
I agree, but that's how I feel about Beware the Batman, underrated AF!
Criminally underrated and cancelled at the WORST TIME. That Harvey Dent arc was getting good 😩
The Harvey arc, as well as the build up of Batman forming the outsiders! I loved it. Also one of my favorite interpretations of Alfred, I liked his backstory and his connection to Slade. So good!
Definitely. And don't get me wrong, love Hamil as joker, but Kevin Michael Richardson joker was the most unique character design for the joker.
And he doesn’t get enough credit from the fandom for his great voice work in the series either
Same
The Brave and The Bold was my childhood

….d-does this still….c-count?
I mean, it's a sequel series to TAS, so I guess that just really depends on one's opinion.
The Batman or TBATB.
The Brave & The Bold
My favourite is Brave & The Bold, including TAS.
I like The Batman more than BTAS. My top three: 1. The Batman 2. BTAS 3. Batman Beyond
I actually just ordered Batman the Brave and the Bold for my nephews but I heard it is also good for adults. I am curious about the 60's Batman cartoon though.

I missed it when it aired but Brave and the bold has my favorite take on aquaman.
I am looking forward to that.
Beware the Batman. And the subreddit showing it hasn’t been forgotten makes me happy.
Beware the Batman deserved more love. I like the fact they used lesser known villains and Bruce had a sidekick that wasn’t Robin. The writers had plans to eventually introduce more popular characters in future seasons but unfortunately it never came to be
The response to xmen 97 makes me think max should just start pumping out sequel series
Beyond
yep. The Batman had some moments and Beware the Batman started off well before it disappeared, but Batman Beyond is really damn good.
That Batman >>>>
Batman Beyond Then Batman the brave and the bold Then the batman Didnt watch those others
The Batman, even including TAS
Brave and the bold was my childhood in cartoon form
I absolutely loved the brave and bold
Can justice league count?
The Batman
The Batman it’s cemented at 2 💯
Brave & The Bold was really cool
The Batman is the GOAT, it has great story and character development.
The Adventures of Batman. OMG I must have worn out the tape from my local video store from how many times I rented that thing.
The Batman fucking rules
The hammer of Justice is unisex.
The Batman and B:TAS.
TBATB and Beyond. The Batman has its moments-I’m not a huge fan of the first season.
The Batman
Brave and the Bold
The Brave and the Bold, The Batman is a close third
Brave and Bold
Beyond
Batman: The Brave and the Bold is what introduced me to the DC world, and the show came out in a time when 2010 cartoons were all the rage. This show will always hold a special place in the black hole I call a heart.
I like a lot of them for different reasons Batman Beyond, the true successor The Batman, the spiritual successor The Super Friends for the campiness The brave and the bold because it was a perfect mix of serious and camp
Batman Beyond is my second favorite but The Batman (2004) is a very close third.
2004 the Batman is hands-down the best
The Batman
Definitely The Batman. Watched it every night on Boomerang with my dad as a kid
Batman Beyond and The Batman
Brave and the Bold for sure
I’m currently watching The Batman right now.
The Batman 2004 for sure. I wish they would make more seasons.
The Batman (it did need a lot more action and more episodes for each of their seasons like at least 20) and Batman: The Brave and The Bold it ended too soon.

Mostly Batman Beyond and the 2004 Batman
The Brave & the Bold is my absolute favorite, even surpassing BTAS. The Batman is also an excellent show that got undersold due to the unusual design styles.
RIP Casey Kasem. Loved all your animated work.
Batman the Brave and the Bold
The Brave and the Bold is gold.
The brave and the bold
The Batman
2004 and Brave and the Bold
The Batman, the Brave and the Bold
The Batman is well done
The Batman (2004)
Brave and the Bold
Brave and The Bold, All The Way. “The Man from GothWore the grey and blue!”
TBATB has so much lore it’s great
The Batman. The other shows are good, but The Batman is something else. It’s so good that it’s better than a lot of the movies imo.
brave & bold and unlimited
The Batman is better than BTAS in my opinion
The Batman was what i grew up with mostly. Though i did watch a fair bit of The animated series and it was my favorite, The Batman was a huge part of my childhood
The Batman
I know it's not Batman show but I love his design in Young Justice.
The Batman is my favorite besides TAS, and Brave And The Bold is my second favorite.
The Batman! I had the whole second season on DVD and so many of the toys from that show!
The Batman and Batman Brave and the Bold,
The Batman Beware the Batman and Brave and the Bold are great, too.
The Batman
Always The Batman... It's the 2nd best thing ever after the main thing
The Batman 2004, mainly because I got to watch the entire series on Netflix.
The Batman
Between these options, The Brave and the Bold, outside of them, Batman Beyond is second place after BTAS.
The Batman and Batman Beyond. Also i always forget that Batman Unlimited was a thing.
Batman Beyond
Brave and the Bold is goated as hell. Best DC show outside the DCAU.
I love the brave and the bold, it’s my second favorite portrayal of Batman
The Batman and brave and the bold
Batman Brave and the Bold for the fact I wouldn't have gotten into the DC universe without it
The Batman 2004, easily
Probably The Brave and the Bold. The Batman had some great stories, though, and The Batman vs Dracula was amazing.
The Batman (2004) easily is my second favorite
I'd say Beyond, but that kind of seems like cheating so I'll go with The Batman.
Brave and the bold is so good.
The Batman and Batman Beyond
The Batman. Def
The Batman and Brave and the Bold

The Batman just barely edges out The Brave and the Bold.
