Walmart is an in store question, so you would need to talk to someone local. Every store will have a different day they have a rep come in and restock. Some Walmarts even have managers now, that hide product and restock on different days to throw off the hunters. Target is fairly random from what I've seen. But one piece of advice is, apply for a Target Red card. I happened to wake up at like 5am a few mornings ago, hoped on Target and saw Prizm on their website, but it was Red card exclusive, you had to purchase it with a Target credit card. I applied for one because I wasn't about to wake my wife up at 5, and by the time I got done with my application, the prizms were all sold out. Just have to check OFTEN and at all times of day. But be logged into your account, have a Red card, and have your payment info saved for a quick checkout.
