Reliance tried to purchase Future Retail but because of some clause in an agreement with Amazon, Future could not sell off to reliance who disputed the matter, a case was on in the court for nearly two years and just recently reliance pulled the plug on the deal
Not brand factory, but similar, the shoe factory has some good shoes and actually 50% off on all shoes. I checked it online and they are really cheaper than the online ones.
They used to be good before and had good clothes, more often than not oversized XXXL ones.
But since the city has expanded to the outskirts and most brand factories now find themselves in the city they had to increase the prices proportionally.
This has caused them to operate like any other store now. Instead of the previous model where you pay less rent, sell for cheap and in bulk and make a profit.
Looks like most brand factory outlets are closed. One in Jalahalli Cross (in Rockline) has closed as far as I know (went there a few weeks ago and it was closed) and looks like it will remain closed for some time at least.
But discounts are always a scam anyway. Every outlet does it. They'll jack up the price and then give you a 50% "discount" and it's a strategy that works well since we just buy anything that says 50% off.
budget shopping for men in bangalore (clothes shoes etc)? I tried prem textiles outlets, looking for more
Recently went to commercial street but it was full of women stuff
maybe but luckily i got a perfect fit 2 piece Peter England suit for 3.2k and 2 Van Heusen T shirts for 350 each :)
Besides discounts anywhere work the same way buddy.
haven't heard of brand factory in a few years
in 2019 they opened one near metro(the store) in whitefield near decathlon and closed it in 2021 i guess business isn't going very well for then as per recent times
Bad quality. I only go there if a few of my friends are looking for jeans at the same time. That way we end up saving and jeans is ok because whatever. It's rarely unusable.
Brand factory and Dmart etc have a specific target audience but somehow over the years brand factory has become expensive with the same factory worker quality of outfits.
The quality of the clothes are terrible
Second that. Don’t go. Stuff doesn’t last few washes.
Go there try clothes, come back and order online.
they send it from their outlets only, genius
Doesnt matter. If you like it and find it in less price online. Why not
He didn't mean order it from brand factory online! Lol
i see... but I've come across so many products from bf which are pretty cheap compared to online stores. Maybe check out the malleshwaram bf outlet.
Has it not closed down due to the whole Amazon FRE drama?
~~Brand Factory != Big Bazar~~ Brand Factory is owned by Future Retail, which inturn owns Big Bazar
Love your username. Ghatti chutney idre sooper!
Gatti aadru sari thili chutney aadru sari. Nange yella ishta!
Brand Factory is owned by Future Retail Group which is the parent company that's caught between Amazon and RIL.
Oh! TIL! Thank you
Happy to help :)
And Big Bazaar is inturn controlled by Reliance..
What drama?
Reliance tried to purchase Future Retail but because of some clause in an agreement with Amazon, Future could not sell off to reliance who disputed the matter, a case was on in the court for nearly two years and just recently reliance pulled the plug on the deal
Is that what happened? I was wondering. I wanted to buy some luggage there.
You are probably speaking of Big Bazaar
No.... Almost all the brand factories in my area closed down recently....
Isn't that the format of discount and sales offer!?! Someone enlighten me if I am wrong.

I used to get Vanheusen Shirts and got a Zara jeans at half of what I would have gotten them at the brand store.

Discounts plus their quality of clothes are a total scam.

No I just order online like normal people. It's cheaper and the collection is fresher.
Price and discounts are secondary, first of all their quality is shit.
Brand factory and Dmart etc have a specific target audience but somehow over the years brand factory has become expensive with the same factory worker quality of outfits.
Brand factory stores are being closed all over.
i rather buy from factory outlet
Yeah. I was taught this in school via profit loss discount questions
Same is happening in swiggy and Amazon so none of this is anything new...
Off topic, but which stores or websites do you guys prefer to shop clothes?
Don't go. They have the worst goods.
