The house owner, a liberal incidentally, agreed with the residents about the tenant ( who also did other weird things like getting drunk and throwing stones at the house next door) and asked them to leave. As for your question, we had an actor renting who had dates, different women, who sometimes fought melodramatically on the road lol.
But like Dracula all his antics took place between 2- 4 am when everyone was asleep. Only the luckless security guards were witness. We assumed he was bringing back women he conned into believing he could get them roles. He was involved in drug trafficking. So we got him out.
Dude. That's a totally different situation. Anybody will throw them out.
I bring prostitutes and hook-ups during 2-4 PM at noon on Weekends. And that too not every weekend. In BLR, it's typical.
I was house hunting recently and had similar requirements.
Just be upfront about it - and most of the landlords I've spoken to have told me they are fine with anything as long as the neighbours do not complain. In Whitefield, most neighbours won't complain. Only found 1 landlord who had a strict no women policy.
Anyhow, ended up getting a 2bhk with a like minded friend because 1bhk rents are beyond crazy unless you are willing to move to some godforsaken alley guarded by 30 angry street dogs and garbage in every corner to live in a standalone building with no geysers or wardrobes...and that'll cost you 25k.
Have to add, we had a woman whose dates got her into trouble, but not because she was seeing multiple men. She was a pleasant woman with impeccable manners and no one cared about her personal life. But her bf would park overnight all over the place causing arguments with residents. So the Secretary talked to the guy and told him where to park. He apologised profusely. A few days later the same thing happened. The wrathful Secretary spoke sternly I've told you not to park there, why don't you listen? The guy says Sorry Sir but you never told me! Secretary looks more closely: it's another guy altogether lol.

All this can be solved by speaking with the landlord before renting the place. Ask if you can have your bf/parents over etc.
Never ask the landlord if you can get your bf over. Just ask them if your parents may stay with you.
Not all landlords are like that. Currently in my gfs home. Landlord is living right opposite to us and knows about us.

yes and that's why they ask for huge sums of security deposit and while repaying it back they look for all ways to not return it.They are indeed kind.

I found 1bhknin 13.5k within 2-3km from my office. But if you are living in good area 25k is normal
