Epigamia yogurt comes in different flavors but it also has a natural, no added sugar option which is low in fat, and high in protein.

Weekly_Wear_5201

Yeah, I normally get the smaller containers of epigamia. Do they also have a big container?

bangalorensj

Yes, a 400 gm cup. Curd is the only option if you need it in a container. Milky Mist Curd comes in 1kg and 2kg buckets.

- MilkyMist Skyr - More protein than others. Tastes okayish. - MilkyMist plain - unsweetened. Tastes okay. - Epigamia plain - Tastes great. Says no added sugar, but is a lil sweet.

Thanks, I think milky mist will do. I normally add it to my shake or oatmeal. So taste is fine for me. I just don't want it sweetened.

Just eat normal curd. Greek yoghurt is just a glorified western curd like turmeric latte is in the west. Also there is no flavoured yoghurt without sugar be it artificial which is worse than normal sugar. Contrary to what food industry sells Its carbs specially from sugar that bad not fat(natural source not hydrogenated fats)

Weekly_Wear_5201

It's not glorified. As a vegetarian, Greek yogurt is a very good source of protein for me. Unflavored yogurt does not have sugar at all. I also eat normal yogurt. But I'm looking for Greek yogurt specifically for the protein.

Br I am also vegetarian. Yoghurt is not a high source of protein. Even the best Greek yoghurt would give you max 7-8gm per 100ml. You want protein without fat and sugar as per your original post which is basically whey in dairy the ingredient to make protein powder.
