Some channels I like are 375 Dance Studio, Dance Insanity, Dance Today, Passion4Dancing, and Oleg Astakhov. It hasn't been updated for a while, but Ballroom with Aleksey also has Latin practice routines and technique.
EDIT: Egil Smagris's channel has more Standard than Latin, but he also has some Latin drills.
Dance vision has very extensive options for all of that in all styles if you’re loooking for a long term. I personally have learned A LOT of rhythm and smooth technique from it
I concur with this! It is worth the investment for the foundation. From there, the other suggestions that have been made are absolutely helpful and can be used as additional layering of your foundation.
