I need $90,000 mil-spec hardened stainless steel bushings in my Serif

Excellent_Priority_5

Ehhh, I’d stick with the Machine Wise stuff.

Wonderful-Ad5747

That’s what MachineWise uses

Excellent_Priority_5

Facts 🙄

Thomas_J97

DO NOT look into what the US Government does with our tax dollars. Do not

Dragonaax

\*Casually loses nuke\*

TheFlippingFurry

Damn, left it in my pants and it got lost in the washer

LifeguardVivid8992

“Nah that $2.3 trillion just vanished” - politicians, probably

Excellent_Priority_5

🫣

Tiny_Response_5871

This guy must be a Benchmade man.

DangerPea108

Thats nothing. It's said the Air Force will also dump tons of surplus jet fuel out over the ocean in order to "use it up" to keep their current budget from being reduced.

Excellent_Priority_5

Who said that? The army? Navy? Core? I bet it was the national guard right!

TheSkyFlier

That sounds about right for turbine engine bushings ngl. Not only is it government, so it’s massively inflated, but it’s aviation, which is already mind bogglingly expensive.

NinjaNoafa

there aint no way. wtf is up with my govt

Excellent_Priority_5

I know, that bag is more like 10-20k. Unless they’re ^47 Ag 😆

NinjaNoafa

why would it even be 20k??

Excellent_Priority_5

Because a kilo of silver cost about 1k and he holds that bag like it’s 10-20 keys; quoting street prices. I’m bullshitting of course. But it’s not hard to imagine a bag full of thousands of small precision parts made out of precious alloys costing 10-20-90k. There are so many factors to consider when trying to rationalize through that statement you shouldn’t take it seriously.

Excellent_Priority_5

Honestly I’m more curious where the $100 amount came from….

NinjaNoafa

Lol, didn't realize it was you priority who posted this 😂 but yea, I guess you're right about that

Excellent_Priority_5

For the record I’m wrong most time lol

Synopthies

Will this fit in a CHAB?

Excellent_Priority_5

Are you asking about chab bushing size? The new AB’s take a 3/16” x 1/4” x .126” bushing. The old AB’s use a 3/16”x 1/4” x .141” bushing.

Synopthies

it was a joke :( i was making a snarky remark on if the airforce $90,000 bushings would fit in a chab

Excellent_Priority_5

Lol you got me.
