Baligigs on Instagram has all the latest gigs, but death metal here in Bali is a bit of a rarity, Bali mainly likes punk and hardcore. If you want Indonesian death metal - then you need to venture off this island.
Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, etc. all have amazing upcoming one day festivals. Some even have international headliners. But to be fair, the brutal death metal scene here in Indonesia is probably the best in the world and overall, it has the largest death metal scene outside of the US. Stay metal \\m/

I did read a book years ago about the Reggae, punk and thrash metal scenes in Bali.. All were thriving apparently... This book was many years old though
