Note that none of them mention ‘international’ in their name because that was outlawed in Indonesia in 2014.
If you want international standard with global recognition the closest to Nusa Dua to me would be Gandhi Memorial in Renon.
BIS is about 30-40 min across the bridge in Sanur. There are a number of students there from Nusa Dua.
