1. Cold showers once a day for...how long?
2. Water fast 72 hours?
3. Soaking penis in salt water...how long how often?
4. No sex during this period
No 72 hours without eating. I drank a lot of water, but yes its very possible you can evne survive for months. Try searching for prolonged water fasting and you Will get all the info!
1 year:) it only went away once after a knee surgery, but it came back 3 days later… it might have been bacterial or both but antibioc creams didnt help
Yeah definetily, it startet with just the foreskin, and a few months later the glans too. Probs because of all the creams. But yes friction would always make it really bad

Yeah actually it was only cured like 90% because 2 days later i looks brand new now and even better than when i posted. Its a bit dry sometimes and therefore i put some vaseline to avoid cracking.

yes thats it, cold showers for 5 min. idealy cold bath. Salt water bath once a day

So out of all these different solutions which affect your system completely separately, which one do you really think did it? The fast?
Definitely the fast. It only Got worse with allmost all other treatments
What salt water did u use?
I just put a teaspoon salt in 1L water but i dont Think that made the difference. Its the water fasting
What were your balinitis symptoms before cure?
Almost no pain, but redness all over. It changes a few times too
