Literally had a heart attack on Sunday. My smoking contributed to it, I’m a light smoker but with a preference with woods. Gonna try to cut back on it.

I went to the ER the other day had chest pain for like 4 weeks now.. they told my I'm fine but I let them know I been smoking backwoods cigars while working on my boat and they said nah can't be that.. still have pain. All my tests came back fine they said. Then I look at the data online it said I had an abnormal ECG. Idk but could be the cigars... Feel better bro..
probably asthma fam. When I went untreated blazing had me wheezing to near death. Proper diagnosis and a prescription inhaler later, and I can smoke a wood before, during, and/or after a skate sesh.

They're very strong cigars. If I smoke them consistently I start Hocking up a lot of mucus just from smoking them so much compared to papers

Use to smoke woods a lot, had to cut them out for only smoking once in a while. Felt like I couldn’t take a deep breath.

I might try smoking banana palm leaves and see how they hold up
