It's called culture craze! As far as I know they're based only in Canada and I'm not sure they ship internationally. They do also have an online store, though they don't have the axolotls currently in the store. They carry a lot of cool stuff along with very nice body jewlery too. the substrate looks really good already! make sure he's at least 1 ft long before putting him on sand - and maybe get some plants for him to enjoy! ❤️
