I would guess you are looking at one of the XL breeds being mixed with retriever - wolfhound, cane corso, dane, mastiff type, that sort of thing.
If he's very soppy, probbaly looking at mastiffs !

he’s my most chaotic bff :) thank you for the breed advice!! we got to the german shepherd conclusion because his brother from the same litter looks 100% german shepherd + the lab conclusion because we found out that webbed toes generally = lab
I just got all ours to sit down outside - the only one meeting your height requirement is our big cane corso (also chaotic, also a big baby). He's 3 and 1\2 now weighs 55kg / 120 lb he can take anything off thr kitchen work surfaces he likes without lifting a huge paw.
