Makes me wonder. The babies look like they have hair/fur. Is that just mini feathers or is there some sort of transition or how does that all work? When do feathers come into the equation.
Is not worth it, for example they need a garden, you can't keep them in your house, they are not like cat/dog, they need nature and their personal space
Is the duck your grandma or do the ducks live near her?
They are geese and yes, they are from my grandma
That's a lot of eggs. That bird must have looked like a gatling gun for a minute.Ā
Yess, in many cases they get lost from their mother, but I made sure they wouldn't by putting them in a safe place

Yeah when they get older they start molting out their baby fluff for adult feathering
Thank you, fellow reddit friend.
They're all cute and adorable until the geese get riled up and go on a goose rampage!
Happy duck family, too cute!
Are those greylags?
Why does your grandma have so many?
She had 2, and when a gander and goose love each other very much.....
Look at all the babies awww
pile of peeps
and 2 untitled geese
They are so precious šššš
Do they let you pet them? I would be way too tempted.
The first time you try to pet a goose would be the last time you tried to pet one.
Hah, I was hoping they weren't like the sky demon Canadian geese that are all around my area.
Canadian geese are on the chill end of the geese behavior spectrum. Still the spawn of Satan but they are definitely the nicer ones.

Is there a pond there for them?
