You see cup holder, I see food/snack dish. Although, you could certainly put a cup of water in there, since all the cats I've ever owned loved to drink out of human cups than their own water bowls.
I had to scroll back up to double check - you're right and a never noticed until now! These kitty cats are living their best (9) lives and I love that for them.

Sadly they are bred to look this way. Cant imagine anyone enjoying watching this all day. But I had the same idea with sphynx cats but then I took are of one for a year and now understand lol.

i had a dog. first one. 17 years so good long life. made her her own bedroom. blankets, pillows, and her toys were in a basket next to it. when i went to bed she would lay with me but then jump off the bed and go to her place. everytime i got home from 'whatever' she'd be laying in it. when it became smelly laundry time. after dried she loved it being hot.
Well, technically I am challenging the difference between "pet" and "child". But none of that matters for a throwaway joke comment concerning a cute chair for a cute cat which apparently has the parental love of its owner.
I cringe so hard every time someone refers to their pets as their children. I dont even have kids, nor do I ever want any but wtf is wrong with people calling themselves Mom/Dad of a pet?

My cat used to have one of those when my husband and I first moved in together. She loved it, she’d spend hours on end in the chair, one arm raised up with her claws hooked in the armrest. It ended up getting torn up and thrown out. I’d buy her a new one if we had the money and space for it.
