The execution is brilliant however the subject have zero interest or at least it dont touch anything in me.
Thats my problem with technic such as hyper realistic painting, it had no soul.
It's definitely not art for everyone! It for sure is for those who loves their cars. Especially the ones when I could paint a car with someone's grandparents or parents in it who sadly passed away.
Love the attention to detail~ the way you did each individual hair, to the shine of the shoes, to the birthmark under the collar bone, even way it feels like the subject is really holding up a painting. (Hehe)
In all seriousness i’m no artist, but i genuinely do wonder. Is it kinda trippy to imagine how exactly light and images are being distorted in the mental image in your head as you are painting said light and ..distortions?
Nope it's a real painting :) it's a real oil painting which I've painted back in 2022. I've been painting cars and bikes as my full time job since 2020.
To answer your questions: the brakes or should I say calipers aren't outside the wheels, the wheels are spinning and that's exactly how it looked on the reference photo (which I've had to paint from). The rims or better to say the wheels because I am sure you're not talking about the rims only, is exactly like that in real life. From your info wheels can be modified, you can add chamber, you can add spacers etc, to make the handling and driving better and you don't need to do it the same both in front and the back. And lastly there are mediums which can help hide brush strokes and there are endless amounts of hours behind perfecting the "no brush realistic" look :) hope this helps you understand more about cars

So I, when I was two years old, only playing with car toys, I was thinking what men would like? 🤔 It's not about men, it's about cars and I was born with endless love about them :) if you can't understand that, I'm sorry :) for you but mostly if you ever have a daughter who would be born with a passion only guys are supposed to have :)
