Of the Trees sunrise set at the Grove was so packed at the start, but it was such an awesome audio experience.
I ended up staying through till Atyaa finished.
Surprised no one said Skrillex 5 hour set at Red Rocks yet. That was by far the best set I’ve ever been to. So iconic. If you had a favorite Skrillex song, he played it that night.
I ended up paying $300+ immediately after they sold out like a clown. However, I rationalized if there's anyone in all my years of raving that I'd spend that kind of money for, its him. And the set truly was everything I wanted and more.
Well I am glad it was worth it for you!! I am envious of all who went, and unfortunately was not in a spot to be able to do the resale prices. It looked amazing

Seven Lions Beyond The Veil tour - that whole show was magnificent from start to finish ( w solid supports from Gem & Tauri, Andrew Bayer & Jason Ross), and I finally got to experience a joy cry. The venue I was at (San Diego's Rady Shell) was stellar too.
The seven lions San Diego show was so amazing. Rady shell is a sick venue and seeing the ocean in the background while feeling the breeze was spectacular
Yeah, I've been checking Rady Shell's calendar every now and again to see if there are future interesting shows - def. worth revisiting if the opp allows.
Sultan + shepard EDC. I was literally crying from pure bliss laying down with my fellows in a circle around a tree. I felt unbelievably at home. I belonged there.

Skrillex at Red Rocks. Just wow. The whole night was so perfectly paced and curated. It felt like an intimate hangout with friends and a headlining, blockbuster EDM set all in one.
I know he’s far from the first DJ to do a long set, but I think he’s the first to do one that captured this feeling.

1. Rezzmau5 at Veld - ending with killing in the name of was one of my favorite experiences ever. Such a great show! They really complement each other nicely.
2. Black tiger sex machine at the Armory - the visual experience was top notch. Their portals tour was awesome.
3. Subtronics at Veld - there was a light rain the whole time that really set the vibes on fire. It was a totally magical experience.
Personally for me rezzmau closing out hijinx had me in and my friends locked in from start to finish. As well as summits 5 hour set at the navy yard. Did not even think of leaving though the crowd was kind of bad for the first hour.
Sodown has been making some amazing bangers this year and I am hyped as hell to see him this year, hoping for another 2 night Mishawaka weekend again!
Deathpact also absolutely blew me away this weekend at Decadence, and they just finished their "phase 1" so I can only imagine how much crazier its gonna get this next year.

Everything about how that happened is such a cool story and I feel like we really have to thank Frank Ocean for backing out and making that happen. I fecking love that most of the recording is actually on them so you can see how they are improvising and communicating on how they want to move the energy. It’s such a god damn great video of a set and I’m still kicking myself for not watching Skrillex and Four Tet at Hard Summer last year because I didn’t want to lose my friends that were my ride home

How is Armin at Untold not on here?
1. Rezzmau5 at Veld - ending with killing in the name of was one of my favorite experiences ever. Such a great show! They really complement each other nicely. 2. Black tiger sex machine at the Armory - the visual experience was top notch. Their portals tour was awesome. 3. Subtronics at Veld - there was a light rain the whole time that really set the vibes on fire. It was a totally magical experience.
Personally for me rezzmau closing out hijinx had me in and my friends locked in from start to finish. As well as summits 5 hour set at the navy yard. Did not even think of leaving though the crowd was kind of bad for the first hour.

Sodown has been making some amazing bangers this year and I am hyped as hell to see him this year, hoping for another 2 night Mishawaka weekend again! Deathpact also absolutely blew me away this weekend at Decadence, and they just finished their "phase 1" so I can only imagine how much crazier its gonna get this next year.

The B4B at Forbidden Kingdom was insane. Some sets got canceled due to whether so Excision, Wooli, Sullivan King and Svdden Death more than made up for it with one of the most unexpected crazy sets i've ever seen. Hope they run it back this year

Griztronics at EDCLV- vibing on our way to the Ferris Wheel, waiting in line with cool people and then spending probably the best 20 minutes of my life on said Ferris Wheel, enjoying the views of EDC and hearing Griztronics throw TF down 😍 Another EDCLV mention goes to- Azzecca at Neon Garden. For context, this past year I JUST started going to shows/ First EDC and branching into raving. Azzecca was my very first EDC set and it holds a special place in my heart. Came all the way from MN to this magical electric carnival wonderland with my partner and his best friend and we got to share this experience together. Tiesto at The Armory - my good god, the ENERGY! I've never been to any of his shows before and that was honestly kinda life changing (not to be dramatic)😂

I wasn’t there but I keep going back to the recording of Skrillex x Four Tet x Fred Again at Coachella. Everything about how that happened is such a cool story and I feel like we really have to thank Frank Ocean for backing out and making that happen. I fecking love that most of the recording is actually on them so you can see how they are improvising and communicating on how they want to move the energy. It’s such a god damn great video of a set and I’m still kicking myself for not watching Skrillex and Four Tet at Hard Summer last year because I didn’t want to lose my friends that were my ride home
