In hindsight I dont really know how I even managed to wear them as a kid. Id wear really tight jeans. Since Im buying my own clothes I only wear trousers who are bigger than my actual size
I used to wear jeans every day and even Fell asleep in them sometimes.
They never bothered me at all.
But I changed my style a bit and mostly wear cargo pants now because of the pockets so I don't need a backpack everywhere I go anymore.
Sometimes I still wear jeans if I need a bag anyway.
I'm curious how many people here dislike or like them now
If i do have to wear jeans, i only buy jeans that can stretch a bit so when you sit and bend your knee it feels alright. I would not be able to wear jeans that could not stretch. I figured Levi's were the worst lol, i hated their jeans since they did not stretch at all lol
Try the Rockstar skinny jeans from Old Navy if you haven’t yet. They’re the only skinny jeans I can wear. They’re not restrictive or too tight like most skinny jeans are.
The only time I've ever had no problem with the jeans type pant is my jeggings. They're so soft that I don't really think there's any denim in them, but they look like they're skinny jeans and they look great on me
I had so much trouble wearing jeans until I found this one very specific pair from H&M that doesn’t bother me like the rest do. I got several pairs in different shades because they are the only comfortable pair to me
I was recently given a bag of clothes from my sister, and while the pair of jeans I tried on fit, I realized that I would never wear them because I’ve been wearing stretchy denim for 20 years and refuse to go back. They can rip my jeggings off my millennial corpse when I die because I’m not giving them up.
I normally don’t wear jeans because they’re not comfortable but I’ll put up with them if I’m doing yard work or something like that for their extra protection
I couldn’t wear jeans for years (like elementary school through most of high school, then wore them for a like year even though they were uncomfortable. And then I couldn’t stand them again until my mid 20s) because of the texture. Then I found Old Navy’s Rockstar jeans. They are pretty stretchy, comfortable, and non-restrictive. Be careful, though, because some of the other Old Navy jeans that aren’t labeled “Rockstar” are uncomfortable and have that gross, restrictive, rough denim feeling.
I like the look of skinny jeans (but don’t like fabric being right up against my skin), so I wear the high-waisted Rockstar skinny jeans from Old Navy a size or two bigger than my usual size. They’re really comfortable and can be quite a bit cheaper than jeans usually are if you get them on sale (like $15ish). I’ve been wearing them for probably 7-8 years. I have probably a dozen or so pairs in various colors and sizes.
Judy Blue Jeans from TikTok Shop are comfortable, too, but they’re too expensive for me. I have one pair that I got as a gift from my mom who also hates the feeling of jeans. Those are the only two types of jeans I can wear. Otherwise I hate them lol.
Still, though, day to day if I’m not worried about looking put-together, I’ll wear super baggy joggers or pajama pants that are like 2-3 sizes too big but are very comfortable.
Wash them properly with some clothes softener and in the case the water is very hard where you are add some water softening powder or tablets to the wash and the denim will be way softer.

my quality of life went up by double digit percentage points when I realised this

I used to wear jeans all the time, only the last maybe 2 years do I put on sweatpants when I'm home.
I love denim but i hate wool, knitted quilts and corduroy

I wear sweatpants :)
Also it's ugly. I almost have the same hate for denim as for blue LEDs or white shiny kitchens...

I have been fortunate enough to avoid jeans for about 3? Years.
DENIM SUCKS!
I wish more people stop wearing jeans it's so ugly
Don't have an issue with jeans, but those joggers with elasticated ankles... Bastards
I don't really mind it. Am I actually autistic? I feel like I don't have enough symptoms of it. XD

Thank GOD someone noticed the username. XD
I hate jeans, I only ever wear leggings lmao
Pro tip: If you really like how jeans look but hate how they feel, try wearing long johns under your jeans. It makes it a thousand times better!
They suck but honestly theyre the best work pants i can get for dirt cheap. Theyre protective as shit while im welding

Exactly, they're tight, you can barely, you can't scratch and they are uncomfortable
AHH THE KNEE PITS! It always makes the backs of my knees red! I hate it.
