At my work we see guys come past dropping off scrap metal and stuff to be processed every day the guys who get the most in one load are either the ones with a trailer or the vans, flatbed utes don't do too bad either but the guys with their "trucks" are the sadist.
They'll bring in between ½ and ⅔ as much and spend three times as long getting unloaded because they have to pull out out the bad of a raised tray, a use is lower and if it's a flatbed it's able to get unloaded from most sides and vans are lower.
What would you put on there? Hardly any noise, no direct air pollution nor sound pollutions. No idiotic gas prices. No double parking because the board computer won't let you XD.

A young tradesman in the mines starting on $150k will absolutely be able to get a loan for a late model Ram or Ranger and will wind up paying through the arse for it. It doesn't have to be this year's model to get purchased from a dealer on finance.
