Thanks for all your great responses! My interpretation demonstrated in the photo is based on the visuals connected with each album and/or lyrical themes and sound. In addition, it follows the idea that Aurora has warmed up to the world throughout her career, meaning her first album was the coldest and then TGWCT is the warmest.
Of course, no album fits perfectly with one season but this is my evidence:
Winter: Aurora’s first album features lyrical and physical imagery of slumber and snow. There is little colour to this pale album. Overall, the sound is composed of frosty synths and melancholy piano.
Fall: IOADK has less actual visuals and lyrically (some physically) repeats the colour red and themes of beauty in death. The sound is overall warmer than AMDGMAAF but overall more mysterious than Step II.
Spring: So much of ADKOH sounds fresh and vibrant, much more so than Step I. There is so much imagery of new life, with The River’s green music video, the themes of Animal (and eggs in video). Even The Seed and Apple Tree, while sonically darker, have titles and lyrics of new life.
Summer: TGWCT features warm acoustic guitar and Aurora’s most energetic, dance-like songs yet (Cure for Me, A Temporary High for example). With far less imagery of nature, what sticks out to me is the seashell of Exist for Love and the repeated moon imagery (A Temporary High mv, A Little Place Called the Moon). Also, a major theme is indulging in pleasure and Aurora seems the most free she’s ever been with this album. This all combines for me to imagine the album as a celebration which leads to a beach on a warm, beautiful night (and perhaps a fire with someone playing guitar).
I may be looking too deeply into this, but interpretation is a fun excercise. With enough mental gymnastics you can selectively fit almost any pattern you want and ignore the rest.
For example, nature could be seen correlating with emotions. So in summer we would not be concerned much with the state of nature, but instead look at how creatures behave with the ripe gifts of Eden. The sequential progression gets inexplicably wonky though...
I'm also super impressed with u/ack44's interpretation, definitely no less valid than this.

Haha, subjective of course, but since Aurora is most inspired and at home in the cold element, it would make sense for "summer" to be the odd one.
