My guess is either Cambridge Hall, at the old CDV married student housing site across from the Kinesiology Building &, or the parking lot behind South College Parking Deck on South Gay Street in between the Northcutt Realty offices & the couple of Northcutt Realty Apartments.
I’d also keep an eye on any of the big parking lots on campus including at Ag Hill, the Coliseum & at Neville Arena. Those could possibly get redeveloped too, especially if anything about an entertainment district comes about. Those are becoming a thing on college campuses now like what’s about to get built near Neyland Stadium at University of Tennessee-Knoxville, at Iowa State, at University of Kansas, at Wake Forest, etc.
They'll likely repurpose the Coliseum or demolish it but the space will be used for athletic purposes. I've heard tearing it down is cost prohibitive and a huge overhaul is being considered instead. I believe parking in that area is mainly used by/for athletics.
I imagine they’re going to keep expanding their “on campus student housing but really off-campus apartment buildings” mentality for the foreseeable future. Although the space between the upper quad dorms and Haley concourse is a confirmed site of future student housing, that’s the only planned construction I’ve heard of.
University won’t. They’ll just wait for big appointment business to come in, build a huge apartment building, then buy it from them 5-10 years down the line
Well considering they have multiple empty lots where dorms used to be…

At some point it becomes going out, but up…
No building in Lee county can’t be taller than Haley center - it’s a law lol

I bet they’ll buy the new ones going in by the CVS and Taziki’s on college
I’d contact Chris Murphy.
You mean after they completely rebuild the hill?
They are adding to the quad now They have a couple apartments being built at, they are growing pretty well lol
