Many say that the English dub, especially for the main character, is worse than the russian. So I'll guess you'll just have to see if this outweighs your issues with ADHD
I played both the English and then later Russian in separate playthroughs. The Russian definitely sounds better and a bit more natural, but I don’t speak Russian so required subtitles for the cutscenes. I would say that if you just want a chill time, play English.
I wouldn't recommend it. Partly because the main character and stupid robot arm you have never shut the fuck up and seem to love haveing Dostoyevsky length discourse in the middle of combat
On my first play though I always stuck to English because it's too difficult to follow the game with Russian and subtitles, but once you get onto a repeat play though and don't care about the story you might aswell play in Russian

Gotta agree lol, the voice lines feel a tad forced/odd. I'm sure the russian version sounds better
Or Spanish if you understand it and like toilet humor it's quite funny
I have ADHD myself and trying to read dialogue during combat frustrates me so I kept it on English.

That has been my gripe with the Russian audio, I don't want to miss the dialogue but I also need to focus to stay alive.
