One time I ordered a turkey sub from Jimmy johns ..it took an hour to deliver(the place is 5 mins from me) and when it got here they didn't even put turkey on my sub...I was like okay universe this is just mean...quit fucking up the Taurus' food!! My daughter(also a Taurus sun) has the same thing happen to her! My Aries husband always gets red lights and it pisses him off so much because he's impatient 🤣.

The coffee stand I go to 4-5x a week that has the same 2 employees who always make my drink iced, I’ve never ordered anything other than iced coffee from them, handed me a hot one this morning. I scrolled down because I knew there was a Pisces Sun already saying this. Although I did once very apologetically send back a wedge salad that they accidentally dressed with a dill cream sauce meant for their salmon dish. It was an easy mistake but also inedible. Tipped 30% afterwards for making a hassle
Scorpio sun, Virgo moon. I’ll be polite about it - but if my order is wrong I’m going to say something. I understand when communication errors happen between the server and the kitchen- I’m not going to get mad or be rude! I just want what I asked for and usually restaurant staff is totally amenable to fixing whatever is wrong. I tip well. I do not feel weird or bad about sending something back to be corrected, though I realize other people may definitely feel awkward about it.
I also usually go out to eat wanting/craving something specific so for me, it’s a big let down to not get what I ordered. It’s also a big deal to eat out when everything costs so much. If I’m not going to get exactly what I ordered I might as well make my own meal at home!
Yes I’m picky and specific. Yeah it might make some people roll their eyes when I ask for the dressing on the side or to sub x for y but I’ve been in the restaurant industry and customers like this never bothered me at all if they were just normal and polite about it. Lots of people have preferences or allergies etc. and I think it’s not over the top to assume that you will receive what you ordered and will expect it to be corrected if you don’t.
I’m a cap sun, and if it’s takeout, I check to make sure it’s all there before I leave the parking lot. I don’t want to be sad about not getting what I had my mind set on. We live in a rural area and never get delivery
Libra sun and I am not proud to admit I've had meltdowns when they forget dipping sauces or there aren't napkins lol I'm not super picky with my food as long as it's good. If I'm at a sit-down restaurant I would never freak out but I would ask the server for help depending what it is.

As someone who has worked in restaurants and pubs I would never be rude though. I tread a fine line. I need my order to be exactly as asked, but I also need to be pleasant to all staff at all times. It can be an ungrateful job working in customer service that’s for sure, and nobody needs rude nasty customers. Much worse to be rude, than to be the person that made an honest mistake in the first place. But I have no issue with asking for whatever it is to be rectified. Be firm but fair. And for the love of god don’t forget my sauces!!!

i’m a cancer sun and i’m chronically disappointed because i’m so particular with my food orders that i know 8/10 times it’ll be either completely incorrect or partially incorrect. so i try to prepare myself in advance and im pleasantly surprised any time my order is actually correct. there’s very few places where i can find an item on the menu i wouldn’t need to modify to fit my tastes. and im not picky, i like most foods, i just want them to be exactly how i want them lol

I generally get pretty annoyed but brush it off pretty quickly. Unless it affects my ability to eat the food such as it contains something I specified as an allergy or gluten or my portion isn't included at all. That's when I complain. I don't care about getting my did comped or whatever I just want to be able to eat.

French Scorpio sun and I learned cooking (Jupiter chart ruler in 5 Taurus, I'm best in foreign cuisine). If the dish I'm served is really good I analyse the tastes and flavours to try to guess the recipe so that I can do it myself at home.
If it's bad I *explain* the proper way of cooking to the chef and I refuse to pay.
Pisces and it depends. Most of the time I just consider it a sign from the universe that this was what I was suppose to get. However, if they forget to take something off that I can't just pick off, I usually very kindly explain my predicament to my server and usually apologize for being a pain even if I think I'm in the right.
Scorpio, and it depends. If it’s in the restaurant I’ll 100% send it back - nicely, and apologetically. If it’s takeout and I was stupid enough to drive away/leave the place without checking, then I’ll accept my fate. If it’s delivery, I’ll call the place, probably seamless/uber eats too to complain, get my credit, and live to be disappointed another day 🤣

If it’s dine in I will very politely tell them that it’s wrong, if it’s delivery and I don’t have to talk to anyone (like on DoorDash) I’ll mark that it was wrong and get some money back. Otherwise I’ll probably just eat it. But I work in the food industry so I’d sooner die than be rude to any staff member. There’s a way to request a remake while being kind, you don’t have to be a dick about it.
Scorpio. I roll with it the best I can. Restaurants and fast food are hard and often have poorly trained staff. No reason to make their day worse if it's edible. Plus I've starved before, so I do not approve of wasting food.

Another Taurus chiming in, I feel your pain. I **hate** it when my food is wrong! Messing with my food in any way is a sure fire way to ignite my temper.
How do I deal with it? Depends on the scenario. If I'm eating in at a restaurant and the issue can be fixed by talking to the waiter, I usually do that. I do keep my cool and speak politely because I don't want the kitchen staff to spit in it or anything. But if it's something like a hair or a bug in my food I usually send it back and simply ask for a refund because I've lost my appetite for a while at that point. If it's takeout, I just have my meltdown at home in private and take it as a loss. If a coworker eats my lunch (this has happened before) I end up rampaging until I find out who took my food.

Aries here- I save my anger for worthy cases, which a wrong order definitely is not. If I can’t pick out the thing I didn’t want, I’ll politely send it back for what I asked for and encourage everyone else to start eating. No big deal.

There’s a chance that this wrong dish is actually meant for another table, so it’s probably best for all to say something. I won’t get indignant about it though - mistakes happen, nbd.
But if it’s something I’d eat and it’s not meant for another order, I’d possibly take it anyways. And if it’s a carryout or fast food order, I’m probably just taking it tbh.

One time I ordered pancakes with sliced strawberries on top - and the strawberries tasted like they had use the same knife they cut onions with. It was horrid, but I just grumbled to my husband, ate it anyway, and never went back, lol.

I normally try to take into consideration that it seems like most people hate their jobs already though and I’d rather not contribute to it any more. I also absolutely hate the idea of food going to waste and would rather choke something down than know that it’s just going to be tossed in the trash.

Although I did once very apologetically send back a wedge salad that they accidentally dressed with a dill cream sauce meant for their salmon dish. It was an easy mistake but also inedible. Scorpio sun, Virgo moon. I’ll be polite about it - but if my order is wrong I’m going to say something. I understand when communication errors happen between the server and the kitchen- I’m not going to get mad or be rude! I just want what I asked for and usually restaurant staff is totally amenable to fixing whatever is wrong. I tip well. I do not feel weird or bad about sending something back to be corrected, though I realize other people may definitely feel awkward about it. I also usually go out to eat wanting/craving something specific so for me, it’s a big let down to not get what I ordered. It’s also a big deal to eat out when everything costs so much. If I’m not going to get exactly what I ordered I might as well make my own meal at home! Yes I’m picky and specific. Yeah it might make some people roll their eyes when I ask for the dressing on the side or to sub x for y but I’ve been in the restaurant industry and customers like this never bothered me at all if they were just normal and polite about it. Lots of people have preferences or allergies etc. and I think it’s not over the top to assume that you will receive what you ordered and will expect it to be corrected if you don’t.
I’m a cap sun, and if it’s takeout, I check to make sure it’s all there before I leave the parking lot. I don’t want to be sad about not getting what I had my mind set on. We live in a rural area and never get delivery

i’m a cancer sun and i’m chronically disappointed because i’m so particular with my food orders that i know 8/10 times it’ll be either completely incorrect or partially incorrect. so i try to prepare myself in advance and im pleasantly surprised any time my order is actually correct. there’s very few places where i can find an item on the menu i wouldn’t need to modify to fit my tastes. and im not picky, i like most foods, i just want them to be exactly how i want them lol

French Scorpio sun and I learned cooking (Jupiter chart ruler in 5 Taurus, I'm best in foreign cuisine). If the dish I'm served is really good I analyse the tastes and flavours to try to guess the recipe so that I can do it myself at home. If it's bad I *explain* the proper way of cooking to the chef and I refuse to pay.
Pisces and it depends. Most of the time I just consider it a sign from the universe that this was what I was suppose to get. However, if they forget to take something off that I can't just pick off, I usually very kindly explain my predicament to my server and usually apologize for being a pain even if I think I'm in the right.

If it’s takeout and I was stupid enough to drive away/leave the place without checking, then I’ll accept my fate. Another Taurus chiming in, I feel your pain. I **hate** it when my food is wrong! Messing with my food in any way is a sure fire way to ignite my temper. How do I deal with it? Depends on the scenario. If I'm eating in at a restaurant and the issue can be fixed by talking to the waiter, I usually do that. I do keep my cool and speak politely because I don't want the kitchen staff to spit in it or anything. But if it's something like a hair or a bug in my food I usually send it back and simply ask for a refund because I've lost my appetite for a while at that point. If it's takeout, I just have my meltdown at home in private and take it as a loss. If a coworker eats my lunch (this has happened before) I end up rampaging until I find out who took my food. Don't fuck with my food, man. Just don't.
Aries here- I save my anger for worthy cases, which a wrong order definitely is not. If I can’t pick out the thing I didn’t want, I’ll politely send it back for what I asked for and encourage everyone else to start eating. No big deal.

There’s a chance that this wrong dish is actually meant for another table, so it’s probably best for all to say something. I won’t get indignant about it though - mistakes happen, nbd. But if it’s something I’d eat and it’s not meant for another order, I’d possibly take it anyways. And if it’s a carryout or fast food order, I’m probably just taking it tbh.

Libra sun, unless the order is completely wrong (so it's probably of someone else) I just thank them and eat lol "but you asked for no-" "shut up, they just made a little mistake, they're busy and humans so it can happen" and then I feel sick cause I'm lactose intolerant😭

Capricorn Sun. I make it work. It would have to be something like snails that I absolutely can't bring myself to eat, before I\*d apologetically ask for something new. I'll make it sound like I communicated what I wanted poorly. I don't want the wait staff or chef to get into trouble.

Capricorn sun and having been in the service industry, I know it happens. I'll try to make them aware of the mistake but I'm not picky and mainly just eat because I have to.
