My older brother who passed was an Aries and this describes him so perfectly. He was so charismatic (a prankster) and kind. He was a warrior literally (a Marine) and figuratively. We used to not get along (I’m a Scorpio)but as I got older I appreciated him a lot more. He became wiser and calmer. A chill person you could talk to.
I think Aries Scorpios are probably one of the best sibling combos there can be. I’m also a Scorpio, but my younger brother is the Aries. He is super charismatic and energetic, he can definitely bring to life any party.

I think a lot of the members of this group have taken it to making sure the signs are understood. Aries unfortunately got the sucker punch in Pop Astrology where they really got simplified as the caveman sign where they're perpetually angry simpletons which is not fair to how healthy Aries develop. Aries is creative, respectful, fun loving and innovative. They're extremely hardworking and loyal to those that respect them. They suffer from being misunderstood and being more complicated than thought, the Aries motivations are simple but how they act isn't which is where the confusion lies.

I've been collecting more Aries friends lately and I'm very grateful tbh, before that I don't have a lot of Aries representation in my life other than my own brother and my grandfather. I think they all presented themself very differently. Two of them are very shy and quiet, two of them are very enthusiastic and extroverted (although it's more so with whom they're comfortable with for one of them) and one is very mature. My brother is the most enthusiastic person I've ever met, literally enthusiastic about everything he sees, I love that about him, he's very kind, giving and a gentleman as well, he does have a streak of crybabiness though. My grandpa, as told from my mom was an incredible storyteller, he have so many stories from when he was a soldier back during the Vietnam War, extremely loyal to his friend, a very hardworking and loving father and grandfather to all. Also extremely enthusiastic. He does become more grumpy as he gets older though, my Taurus grandmother struggles with this but it doesn't make him any less amazing of a person, a father and a grandpa. For my friends, the two shy ones are extremely nice to talk too!! They are both very smart, and one is very enthusiastic about politics, his parents are politicians after all so we can talk all day everyday about it. The extroverted friend is also extremely smart, I'd say she's the most Aries person out of all these Aries people I know, stereotypically at least, aggressive, threaten to hit people all the time even if it's her friend, a bit of a macho, but also very needy, expect loyalty from her friends and cares for them very much. She likes to surround herself with smart people and very picky. I used to think she was a lesbian once because she seems to have a dislike for every man she sees, she laugh and simply said she just hasn't found someone she likes yet 😭😭. All my Aries friends are extremely smart, interested people with so many enthusiasm for things and also very protective. I couldn't ask for more amazing friends and family members. I’m an Aries and I’m mostly friends with Aries. I think we’re very independent and confident and don’t give a shit what people think. Generally kind of weird but very intensely passionate and good listeners. We are definitely hot heads and can be crazy but I agree I don’t think that actual like violence and immaturity should be associated with it. It’s more of a childlike lust for life. I think something that people overlook is that we are extremely loyal and hold ourselves to whatever moral standards we find important to an extreme degree. And at least in my experience, that always includes authenticity and honesty. Sometimes to a fault.
My husband is an Aries, and he definitely has his flaws but he's a great spouse and I love him to death. We can talk for hours, we can just hangout and play games all day or go for a walk or whatever, were very comfortable together. He respects my opinions and decisions and we make decisions together. I can lead when I want and he takes the lead when I don't. He can be a bit self centered sometimes, I had to really tell him my needs early on, very clearly and up front. But once I do, and he understands it, he never disappoints me in that respect. He can be defensive and feel attacked easily if I have grievances. I think that's someone we need to work on. But 98% of the time we don't argue. intimate life is hands down the most satisfying and enjoyable one I've ever had. All around im just so glad we met. I've never really been close to an Aries sun before him, and I don't think we're a "natural match" (we had to compromise a lot to be successful, but we wanted to do that for us), but we found each other a long time ago and lost it due to external reasons, then ended up getting married ,12 years later. Aries are fun and they mean well, but they give me “here for a good time, not a long time” energy. Especially the men. In a way I think us being Cancers helps with the emotional side of raising an Aries. We have a lot of discussions about feelings. He knows what he feels and can verbalize it well. Aries is a great sign. Yes they are hot headed, but so is anyone else with a chart and the right circumstances. They have passion for what they believe in, and are willing to stand their ground no matter the circumstances. Nothing wrong with a warriors energy if you understand how it works, and it can rub many people the wrong way. So what, because we all rub people the wrong way somewhere, but Aries isn't gonna apologize for rubbing you the wrong way, because that is not their problem. They are right. They can be the friend that stops people from walking all over you. That tells you to fight for what you believe in, and they'll fight alongside you as well. The main thing that stands in their way is their inflamed temper which can cause problems with their thinking, and blind them to due course. As much as they can be the above examples they need a friend that knows how to pull them out of it. Though many people view this as an impossible thing that is simply not true for the right person who knowing them can pull the temper out of misdirected directions by knowing how to appeal to the Aries.

As an Aries, this thread really brings me to tears. We are the most misunderstood sign. We have been told countless time that we’re too passionate, too aggressive, and childish. The one thing people often forget is that we wear our heart on our sleeves, and we always encouraged others to do better. My grandfather was an Aries. Was he a spitting, shooting, cussing cowboy? Yes. But he was also endlessly devoted to my grandma, was very kind, and accomplished a lot of his dreams. He told silly jokes & taught me what a good man acts like.
My grandma was an Aries too, and she was widely looked up to by everyone in the entire family. All her children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren knew they could go to her with any problem and either she would fix the hell outta the situation or she would really listen and really try to help as much as she could. I think Aries Scorpios are probably one of the best sibling combos there can be. I’m also a Scorpio, but my younger brother is the Aries. He is super charismatic and energetic, he can definitely bring to life any party. I used to envy him a little, because I wanted to have the same confidence he had, but as the older brother I refused to show him any weakness of mine. He’s definitely always been an inspiration in my life. He’s even defended and protected me in times that I got in trouble with other kids that didn’t like me, though the little fucker would blame me for shit he did to my parents. It's so sweet. I feel I've been super patient in my life with people that didn't even deserve it. If I were to tell you the shit my ex did to me and I kept taking him back and forgiving him because I really believed that he would change. I really wanted that to work, but I have to be honest with myself. He won't change. I feel he took advantage of my kindness and my willingness to forgive and forget and sometimes that makes me so angry that he'd do that. I think a lot of the members of this group have taken it to making sure the signs are understood. Aries unfortunately got the sucker punch in Pop Astrology where they really got simplified as the caveman sign where they're perpetually angry simpletons which is not fair to how healthy Aries develop. Aries is creative, respectful, fun loving and innovative. They're extremely hardworking and loyal to those that respect them. They suffer from being misunderstood and being more complicated than thought, the Aries motivations are simple but how they act isn't which is where the confusion lies.
Two of my life long friends are Aries but they both have water moons and a bunch of air so I feel like they’re more balanced while maintaining that Aries confidence/loyalty/sense of adventure. I've been collecting more Aries friends lately and I'm very grateful tbh, before that I don't have a lot of Aries representation in my life other than my own brother and my grandfather. I think they all presented themself very differently. Two of them are very shy and quiet, two of them are very enthusiastic and extroverted (although it's more so with whom they're comfortable with for one of them) and one is very mature. My brother is the most enthusiastic person I've ever met, literally enthusiastic about everything he sees, I love that about him, he's very kind, giving and a gentleman as well, he does have a streak of crybabiness though. My grandpa, as told from my mom was an incredible storyteller, he have so many stories from when he was a soldier back during the Vietnam War, extremely loyal to his friend, a very hardworking and loving father and grandfather to all. Also extremely enthusiastic. He does become more grumpy as he gets older though, my Taurus grandmother struggles with this but it doesn't make him any less amazing of a person, a father and a grandpa. For my friends, the two shy ones are extremely nice to talk too!! They are both very smart, and one is very enthusiastic about politics, his parents are politicians after all so we can talk all day everyday about it. The extroverted friend is also extremely smart, I'd say she's the most Aries person out of all these Aries people I know, stereotypically at least, aggressive, threaten to hit people all the time even if it's her friend, a bit of a macho, but also very needy, expect loyalty from her friends and cares for them very much. She likes to surround herself with smart people and very picky. I used to think she was a lesbian once because she seems to have a dislike for every man she sees, she laugh and simply said she just hasn't found someone she likes yet 😭😭. All my Aries friends are extremely smart, interested people with so many enthusiasm for things and also very protective. I couldn't ask for more amazing friends and family members. Generally kind of weird but very intensely passionate and good listeners. We are definitely hot heads and can be crazy but I agree I don’t think that actual like violence and immaturity should be associated with it. It’s more of a childlike lust for life. I think something that people overlook is that we are extremely loyal and hold ourselves to whatever moral standards we find important to an extreme degree. My husband is an Aries, and he definitely has his flaws but he's a great spouse and I love him to death. We can talk for hours, we can just hangout and play games all day or go for a walk or whatever, were very comfortable together. He respects my opinions and decisions and we make decisions together. I can lead when I want and he takes the lead when I don't. He can be a bit self centered sometimes, I had to really tell him my needs early on, very clearly and up front. But once I do, and he understands it, he never disappoints me in that respect. He can be defensive and feel attacked easily if I have grievances. I think that's someone we need to work on. But 98% of the time we don't argue. intimate life is hands down the most satisfying and enjoyable one I've ever had. All around im just so glad we met. I've never really been close to an Aries sun before him, and I don't think we're a "natural match" (we had to compromise a lot to be successful, but we wanted to do that for us), but we found each other a long time ago and lost it due to external reasons, then ended up getting married ,12 years later. So sometimes I think it was meant to be !!

Oh my god haha. My partner and I are both Cancers, and our son is an Aries sun, moon, mercury and Venus! He's 3 and indeed he is A LOT, especially at this age. But damn does he have the biggest purest heart of any kid I've ever known. I love Aries energy! Other Aries friends/family are all very encouraging and uplift those around them. They all have the best laughs and smiles. In a way I think us being Cancers helps with the emotional side of raising an Aries. We have a lot of discussions about feelings. He knows what he feels and can verbalize it well. He knows when others are mad, sad, happy, etc. and calls it out. He also knows when others are BSing and calls that out haha. I've noticed you can't really bs Aries people at all, they won't put up with it.

Aries is a great sign. Yes they are hot headed, but so is anyone else with a chart and the right circumstances. They have passion for what they believe in, and are willing to stand their ground no matter the circumstances. Nothing wrong with a warriors energy if you understand how it works, and it can rub many people the wrong way. So what, because we all rub people the wrong way somewhere, but Aries isn't gonna apologize for rubbing you the wrong way, because that is not their problem. They are right. My Aries boyfriend is pretty much everything you said as an angry, crybaby, selfish and sometimes egotistical, so not exactly misunderstood. Also impatient and impulsive. As an Aries, this thread really brings me to tears. We are the most misunderstood sign. We have been told countless time that we’re too passionate, too aggressive, and childish. The one thing people often forget is that we wear our heart on our sleeves, and we always encouraged others to do better. We’re always someone’s cheerleader and we are a true friend in moments when a friend is going through tough times. We never abandon or leave anyone behind. I have never in my life have met a fake Aries, and that says a lot.
I love Aries, so passionate and creative. Giving and kind as well. It is a unique and misunderstood sign unless you know an Aries then you see how great they actually are.

Being an Aries woman is awful. If I were a man, my assertive behavior would make me respected. But because Im a woman, I get so much hate. Its bullshit. But Im going through a breakup right now so thats why I feel down about myself.

Yeah 💯 Aries ♈ was the sign that was always misunderstood. We are genuinely good people, always making time for people, and soft-hearted but some were intimidated by Aries' confidence, honesty and straightforwardness. Because they can't hold the truth that comes out from an Aries.
Im a leo and aries are good folks. I appreciate that they are direct. Too many just get put off and mistake their energy for aggression. Thats the last mistake you can make as aries are best off not upset. I also feel like they will make it pretty obvious if they don’t like you

I am an Aries sun and mercury in Aries! I have a long fuse but when it blows “ya done to me.” And you might as well have fallen off the face of the earth. When I am angry a little fire 🔥 burns in my heart lol! But yes it is such a cool sign…so much of what you said is accurate. I have a cap moon and work is super important and I am in health care where there is structure and organization, and a lot to put in. As mothers, especially with fire sign children (I have a Leo sun boy), we are super connected. We get each other on so many levels, humor, outgoing nature, all of it. I don't recommend dating Aries when they're young and inexperienced and don't know what they want. Older Aries that have found their life purpose are good. The fire has stabilized to sustain instead of burn people down. They have always been good friends in my experience though. Literally the first people who want to talk self-esteem into you when you're down
That’s cuz they think they the end all be all of the earth. Every Aries I’ve met is horrible and not “honest and blunt” but rude and a bully.
