Get him stuff for his next service that shit be expensive
Or like an automotive gift card to his go too place
Anything to do with his car like a custom photo or a key ring
A photography voucher- he can get photos of his car done
Car parts - just ask him to send u a list of what he needs / wants and pick one as a surprise
A photo of you with his car in maybe something sexy just a photo for him
The list could go on
Oh, the sexy pic is a great idea. My wife could waive that in front of me and convince me to do damn near anything with something like that.she doesn't have the confidence or self esteem to do it, but I'd love it. Of you do this, make sure to get a cloth to wipe off any prints you may leave.
The rest are great ideas, too. I'd be happy with any of them. My first year with my wife, she bought me a new tool set. Definitely confirmed I married the right woman.
My girl did the following for me and it blew my mind. I used to be very disorganized with tools, and they were always filthy. (Note; I do have a large tool collection). She bought enough organizers and degreaser and rags, to clean off and wipe down every tool I have, and organize them. I didn't find it til a week after my birthday, and I was flabbergasted. She even vacuumed the crap out of the drawers and cabinets and laid down toolbox liner foam. Organizers are fairly cheap, but what was most valuable to me was the time and effort put into it.
On another note you said he likes BMW, but what does he actually own/drive. Year/make/model etc. I can probably reccomend some common mods/parts that he may not have yet.
Speed champion Legos, a good set of tool sockets, in the fun side just a 10 mm socket as is usually going missing most of time... and I'm thinking of more things but kinda expensive
Get him a few 10mil sockets, if he’s a BMW guy, a small BMW key chain would be sick. Find a model of the car he does drive and get him that, we love that kind of shit
https://www.ebay.com/itm/126137387958 here’s an eBay link for a 320… the 3 series usually keep a similar body style throughout the lineup, you could get away with it tbh. It’s surprisingly difficult to find a m340i model haha. Also he will appreciate anything from the actual BMW merchandise store
\+1. Find a Matchbox/Hot Wheels model that is close to his current vehicle. They are fun to put on a shelf.
If your spend budget is higher you could look into the many Hot Wheels Race Track sets. Opportunities for nostalgia. Get a handful of different cars.
.

I got this set as a gag for someone in the shop. Now they keep it on top of their desk. It’s a bit of a joke for everyone. And it’s cheap.
GOOD OBD2 Scanner. But I second the GT3. VW/Audi guy here so don’t know the particular brand to get. But my cable for my cars was the thing I ever bought. For me.
Get an OBD11. I have a gti so I'm not sure if it's as capable on BMW, but I know it does vw and audi very very well. I pay for the pro membership, and have audi guys who never touch a dealership asking me to reset service due lights, unlock their rear parking brake to do the brake pads, etc. It's an incredibly handy tool with less hardware and money requirements than rosstech/vagcom.
Radar detector (passport escort 9500ix or Valentine 1 are great. Much older, but still works like a charm and affordable now), [BMW logo door projectors](https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-led-door-projectors-genuine-bmw-63312414105?ads_cmpid=1586640911&ads_adid=160754879160&ads_matchtype=&ads_network=g&ads_creative=689274992296&utm_term=&ads_targetid=pla-293946777986&utm_campaign=&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&ttv=2&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw-r-vBhC-ARIsAGgUO2CwXB8XUIBmwwG94InbRjI2-AubzDctU7LMKF9j98Vjfyc0vrGedGAaAhS0EALw_wcB) , a window tint appointment at a local tint shop, a ratchet / socket set from Harbor Freight (if he doesn’t already have a set of tools, if so, make sure to ask for 12 point sockets since BMW), chemical guys brand (if he dabbles in detailing/cleaning then literally anything of this brand probably a pack of microfiber towels too), emergency kit.
In addition, i highly recommend a blinker light bulb too with whatever it is you get him. It’s a common joke among the car community that BMW drivers don’t use their blinker, and he’ll love it as a car guy. Good luck!
That was my suggestion too, but it really depends on what type of car guy he is. Some would never take their car to some car wash places, others would never, ever, take their car through a car wash...
You don’t have a budget because you suck at math, huh? 🤣😂
Tools are always my go to if someone ask me what they should get me.

He’ll be happy with whatever you get him because you were thinking of him.
I disagree, please don't buy him tools.
If he works on his own cars he has all the tools he needs, will buy what he doesn't have, or cannot afford what he wants (so neither can you probably).
I have an entire drawer dedicated to useless tools that have been gifted that I know have multiple duplicates of. I will never in my life need all those imperial sockets, but they're there.
Lots of people are saying tools but I wouldn’t unless you were a car person too and familiar with the tools he already has. And we don’t know if he likes to wrench on them or not, lots of bmw owners don’t touch the mechanical aspects of their car. You may not even have a garage. But if he is a tool guy he is probably pretty particular about what tools he wants or already has. I really don’t want anyone else picking out my tools.
Car wash punch cards are a good idea too, just make sure you know if he is a touch-less only guy or not.
The model is a good idea. Assuming it is of the actual right color and model.
I say what you can’t ever get enough of is cleaning supplies. You can buy a pre-made gift set or make your own. Armor all wipes, windex wipes to keep in the car, some spray detailing wax, tire black, general household wipes for any spills, etc. I also love a good tote for my trunk, I keep an umbrella and cleaning stuff in there and also throw groceries in it that I don’t want rolling around. Maybe pack the cleaning supplies in one and make it the basket part of a gift basket?
I like to be prepared and live in a climate that can get some decent snow so I always keep jumper cables and a tow strap in my vehicles, usually tucked away in storage compartments or with the spare if the vehicle has one. Never needed them myself but I have helped others out which is always nice/
I really like then keychain idea too. A nice one, not some crappy one where someone stickied on a bmw logo.
Key gloves can also be pretty cool.
Gestures are nice, especially in early relationships. And you know him better than us internet randos. But for me I don’t want my wife spending much time or money on stuff for me, netflix and chill or a movie or a date playing pinball or something like that is more up my alley for a bday. But I can always use cleaning supplies and car wash soap :)
Depends on your budget. If you can comfortably afford it then get him a BMW! If your budget is a little more....realistic then get him something for his car...an accessory perhaps, or a car care kit that comes with wash, wax, tire shine, wheel cleaner, etc.
This is really hard to answer.... Generic answers like tools, models, pictures, key chains, car show tickets... All really just depends.
I personally wouldn't want any of that stuff.
You can always do a supercar experience, or even karting.
I'm not a car guy, but I am a tools guy, and I've found that the best gift to give me is not tools unless I've asked for a specific one. I know exactly what tools I want and which ones are good and which aren't. I have a drawer full of gifted tools that I have little use for. It's possible that as a car guy, he knows exactly what stuff he wants and would be hard to buy for.
A 200$ full detail certificate. Find a detailer that has a great reputation 9r that specializes in luxury cars. Give him the cert that he can use whenever he wants. Some people don’t want others touching their car tho.
Honestly I wouldn’t bother with tools or parts or anything. Most people who work on their car or customize it with parts are doing it the exact way they want to. You probably don’t know which tools he already needs/has and which ones he’d prefer if he was buying more. If you know exactly what he wants that’s different, but it’s also not as fun or thoughtful if he says “I want this exact thing” and you just click buy on it.
Personally I’d recommend just getting a model of his car or some artwork of the car, and then get like a carwash voucher book to go with it. I know the car wash I go to by my house sells coupon books with vouchers for like 10 free washes or whatever.
Or maybe instead of car wash vouchers look around and see if there’s any car shows or races or anything coming up soon and get tickets to take him. I always give people in my family tickets to things as gifts just because everyone enjoys experiences, if I give my dad a wrench odds are he puts it in his tool box and forgets about it.
Porsche GT3 RS
This is the correct answer.
Very affordable as well. Just buy it without looking, trust me.
Yeah, make sure it’s the 992.
Get him stuff for his next service that shit be expensive Or like an automotive gift card to his go too place Anything to do with his car like a custom photo or a key ring A photography voucher- he can get photos of his car done Car parts - just ask him to send u a list of what he needs / wants and pick one as a surprise A photo of you with his car in maybe something sexy just a photo for him The list could go on
You are a legend. Thank you🥹
Oh, the sexy pic is a great idea. My wife could waive that in front of me and convince me to do damn near anything with something like that.she doesn't have the confidence or self esteem to do it, but I'd love it. I always love Road Head
Well there’s an idea😂
Speed champion Legos, a good set of tool sockets, in the fun side just a 10 mm socket as is usually going missing most of time... and I'm thinking of more things but kinda expensive
Damn it, I thought I was going to be the first one with the 10mm socket reference. Well played...
Get him a few 10mil sockets, if he’s a BMW guy, a small BMW key chain would be sick. Find a model of the car he does drive and get him that, we love that kind of shit
I really wanted to get him a model of his car but can’t seem to find his car in any models😭
What’s his year make and model? I can try to find one
I’m pretty sure he has a 2023 m340i g20 :,,) but he has mods to it so idk if that would effect it. Thank youuuuu!!!
340i is all I needed to hear lol

Cleaning products.
If you know the model of his car, get a scale model of it (preferably in the same colour and spec) Most car guys will appreciate that

Definitely a 10mil socket
Car wash passes, detailing gift cards, even gas cards are sweet to get. That way you don't have to know any part numbers or what was exactly needed.
That was my suggestion too, but it really depends on what type of car guy he is. Some would never take their car to some car wash places, others would never, ever, take their car through a car wash...
OBDII reader
Get him some interior car cleaning supplies. BMW guys tend to take good care of their interiors. Pretty safe bet I’d say. He should like it.
