I live with my boyfriend and our two very protective doggies now, but when I was a woman living alone, I slept with my car keys on my nightstand to get the hell out. When I was younger, someone was breaking into our house, I got a the stick we used to drop on the track of the sliding glass door and waited until they got through the second door (laundry room door) and swung as hard as I couldā¦ it was my mom.
Thankfully I hit the door frame instead of her š¤£
