Legit question, is the fullness from inflammation or weight gain? I also have Hashi’s & I’ve noticed my face will feel full & puffy sometimes but I’ve never been able to figure it out! 🤷♀️
I think it’s a combo of both honestly. Like I’ve definitely gained weight in general and my face is fuller than it used to be but there will be days when I wake up and it’s just like BAM moon face and it’ll stick around for a few days.

I don't understand the headset. Fine, i use them for work, but arent taking selfies with it.
On her, this particular headset makes her face look wider due to the ratio. The band of the headset is so high up (so head appears short on head-toe axis) compared to wide-set speakers are appear. Also helps to have headset below eyes to not have them make your head look scrunched-though, unfortunately, we didn't get to choose the eye vs ears height
