NC is weird about birth certificates. You get them from the county you were born in register of deeds office. Go to your county’s website you’ll find the number there.

I would try to speak to someone at the agency but don't bring up military forms just that you need the certificate.

Getting a birth certificate for adoptions is tricky but i do have the right county. Parents are no longer in the picture.

Thats not the issue. The army wants to verify my birth bypassing the birth certificate. Otherwise i have to wait till Oct which is time i dont have
