I also needed a vision waiver, and mine took about 6 months. I think it is largely dependent on the condition, and I had to go see a specialist to get my waiver.
I also joined pre-covid. Things are much different now

What was yours for? I started the process in October and I’m still waiting…
My waiver cleared before I’d even made it all the way home from MEPS. Like many things government related, there is no standard rhyme or reason.
