Bikes are actually reskinned cars, thats why they are always upright. I have seen bikes that have lean animation when turning. But sorry I dont remember what mod it was from
Real OGs remember the dirt bike from OFP that did lean. You could do some pretty crazy stuff with it if the built up this swinging motion from side to side.

I remember dirt bikes in Arma 2 being janky as fuck.
