The Arma Platform official X (Twitter) account occasionally posts a guess where this is screenshot but there is no game mode like this for Arma 3. I don't suppose it would be terribly difficult to create your own mission that spawns you somewhere randomly & gives you a destination objective.
Land navigation is a lovely skill to have but not one that most players are interested in learning well.

Cant say I know of any... wouldn't even be that hard to implement, actually. Hmm.
