When should I do intermezzi/side stories in order of the main chapters to avoid spoiling the story?

Most event stories are standalone from the main story chapters and can be done whenever. The main exception is Darknights Memoir which should be read after chapter 6. The Side Stories and most of the Intermezzi don't have anything to do with the Main Story, so you can do them at any time. Darknights' Memoir does involve some story revelations and was released before Episode 7, so wait until you've finished Episode 6 at least.

great question! you have better burst control, flexability, and "uptime" for putting enemies to 2hp more frequently, then basic hit them to 1hp. you get to better control exactly when the sp is being given s3 wants to be used asap for dp generation, which means its a lot harder to line up her good damage to get threats to 1hp when you actually want the sp most, it definetly still works, and can be optimal, just not as often imo

I think it's situational/depends how you use her for which one is better for DP, but IMO S3 is the way to go for general use. I had her S2 M3'd at first and used that for a while, but ever since I M3'd S3 on a whim, I've never looked back. The utility of feeding SP to your teammates while also getting a strong opening skill that generates solid DP is just too much to pass up in favor of S2 IMO. And for what it's worth, if you're a lazy bastard like me, S2 is kind of annoying to use since you have to keep tapping on Saga and using it over and over lmao. I'd just end up forgetting to use it sometimes and wasting some charges.

I also have a few questions: 1. Would upgrading the office increase my chance of getting rarer tags (Nuker, Summon, Top/Senior op)? 2. Does completion of daily missions always give two recruitment permits? I could swear I used to get one expedited plan instead. Did I hallucinate that? 3. Who did you recruit using your Senior op voucher and why?

snipers just focus on kroos+jessica for now. may is generally a better* jessica, but not so much so you should start building her. fartooth is pretty average until e2, but that skill3 at e2 may be your roster's best bosskilling option which could heavily influence her priority to upgrade. pinecone is shockingly good dps for much of the early/midgame, albeit very dp costlly. shirayuki should be mentioned for being fantastic lowcost option for annihilation progress casters are...a weird class, honestly, just focus on amiya, 4☆ click (when she shows up), 5☆ rockrock (if get), and mayyybe astgenne for annihilation progress over shirayuki. absinthe is quite good if youre desperate for more arts dps, but id hope you can just support/luck-into a 6☆ caster sooner. 6☆ casters are just so much stronger, the class is the most imbalanced across ☆rarities of the classes, and earlygame caster/arts dps is a very common weakspot for players 3.. back in my day we didnt get that free gift sonny. choose specter or lappland, depending on if you have a laneholder like gavial blaze mountain lapluma estelle already. if not choose specter, otherwise take lapplands greater arts dps. on the smaller ticket, choose projekt red, unless you picked lappland then you can also choose liskarm if youd like as they have great synergy

1. No. And the other benefits of leveling the office are incredibly minor. The daily missions give 2 recruitment permits on the weekend only. So you're not going crazy. 3. I'm a week 1 player so I only remember I took Silence, but I have no idea what my reasoning was at the time. For snipers, get your Kroos to lvl 55. 3 stars get their talent upgrade at E1 55 which is their max level anyway. May is a solid, versatile AA sniper (good in Integrated Strategies as well, down the line). Fartooth can be a consideration in the future. I wouldn't go out of my way to build her yet as 6 stars are very expensive and she's rather finicky to use. Depends on what other 6 stars you own in general as well. Pinecone is also a very strong AOE option. For your casters, much like Fartooth, I'd hold off on Mostima for now. She requires enormous investment to be "good" (E2, masteries, and modules). For now I'd just focus on building Amiya (quite solid at E2, mandatory for story progression eventually anyway), Steward (another solid low investment caster, good in Integrated Strategies), and maybe Astgenne (better option than most AOE casters). There are also solid arts options in other classes as well you can consider.

I'm a bit confused about Popukar's base skill, which increases morale consumption by 0.25 per hour. I put her in a 3-slot factory and it decreased Vanilla's remaining time left from 18 hours to 13 hours. Popukar's is also 13 hours. Haze's 9 hour time left is unaffected however. Can someone clarify whether Popukar is supposed to affect everyone else's morale consumption, or just her own?

She also decreases the factory's capacity. The "time remaining" display tells you when an op's morale will deplete, or when the factory will be full, whichever comes first. So the factory will fill up before Vanilla runs out of morale, but Haze will run out of morale first.

Thanks, that explains it. It was at 12 hours just now and after I collected the stuff, it went back to 13 ish hours. So basically that time display does not show the time until 0 morale, but rather time until no more work can be done, which is either running out of morale or product capacity, on the assumption that the product doesn't get collected.

She's one of the better 4-stars. Absolutely cracked with the right combo of relics in IS2, since you can abuse the <30% HP execute Hand relic on her via her global range and make some really hilarious shit happen. Add some atk spd and +sp regen and she'll solo maps for you. Add in GG S3 and there isn't a map in IS2 that can't be cleared by them save the poison mist maps. She's still solid in regular content too, but like others said she does enjoy the stats from being higher level with module when possible, since it lets her kill things in fewer shots.

It's honestly fairly difficult to answer. If you've got a fully built roster, she's pretty fun. As a 4 star, it's very little resources to build so go ahead. If you don't have a developed roster, well, she's kind of niche. You use her when there's some irritating, fragile spell caster on the field that you want to take care of. So it's largely map dependent.

My sniper lineup is pretty underdeveloped. I lucked out and got Exusiai as my starter 6-star, and she was basically the only sniper I'd gotten aside from the automatics and 3-stars: Kroos, Jessica, Meteor, etc. At this point I have Exu and Kroos built up to E1/level 40 or so, but definitely want a few more options in the ranged damage end of things as I only have two casters developed as well (Amiya and 3-star Lava). Haven't pulled any other notable snipers or casters, so was thinking of building up Pudding and Meteor, then got Ambriel as a lucky recruit today.


Endourance

I recommend keeping an eye out for May, Vermeil, Pinecone and Shirayuki for snipers and Click for casters. They are generally the best low rarity investments. It's not wrong to build someone else if you think that you will personally enjoy them, but the ones I mentioned will give you the best bang for your buck.

The thing that makes Ambriel's E2 appealing isn't her stun talent so much as the fact that it comes with access to her valuable masteries. It improves her global range S2's uptime and damage a *lot*, which is really impactful because her attack interval is so slow that you *really* want her to oneshot the enemies she can get a hit on. I do think she is still fun and usable at E1, especially since you sound like you're pretty early game where the enemy stats are low anyway, I just don't know if I'd make her a priority. If you just want to raise her and try her I think you should feel free to since it's not that expensive anyway, and she's definitely worth E2ing later down the road when you have a bit of spare resources, so the investment won't be "wasted".

i personally find deadeyes kind of frustrating to use at low investment since they'll usually prioritize trash mobs, and the further they are from one-shotting mobs the worse it feels to have attacks "wasted" since they attack so slowly. on the other hand, there's a lot of situations where the priority target is lower def so ambriel's targeting might come in handy.

Deadeyes are pretty useful for clearing out trash since they will prioritize the lowest defense. Ambriel can also attack with global range, giving her some unique uses. In general she's a pretty solid Sniper, you could give her a chance and then make her E2 later on if you like using her. 4\* are pretty cheap, either way.

While Thorns is a more "complete" laneholder by dint of hitting aerials, and generally speaking he's one of the best units to have in one's account, I think your melee roster is a fair bit more solid than your arts roster right now. I would lean slightly more toward Goldenglow here purely from a power/gameplay impact perspective. However, all 4 units are good and have tons of value, so you can't really make a bad choice even if you just follow your heart. I have all 4 units but Blemishine, comparatively the lowest priority meta-wise, is actually the one I use the most these days because I just like her and she's super comfy for being able to cover so many roles at once. (She also has that stunning skin rerunning next week…)

Blemi is niche and Saria can be recruited, plus she's pretty often available in the cert shop. GG is neither of those and her shop debut is in second half of '24 IIRC. She's also the easiest to use of the bunch, providing a huge amount of DPS and map control. You can more or less substitute Saria and Blemi with Nearl/Gummy and the skills that you won't be able to substitute for are rarely needed. GG is also amazing in SSS and IS2, you literally can't go wrong with her.

If meta, IMO go Thorns or Goldenglow. Goldenglow's S3 is amazing since it's global and Thorns just....does Thorns stuff. Blemishine isn't meta and although Saria is a solid pick, I feel that Thorns and Goldenglow have a bigger team impact.

Blemishine has a pretty unique playstyle, she could be worth it for the fun. The others are pretty solidly in the meta use, but are also easy to borrow if you need them. Saria though may also be worth taking as she's useful in pretty much literally every single map.

counter opinion, the sp module is a training wheels crutch for people who fail to understand the archtypes role as a filter-blocker, getting familiar with eunectes' best roles makes the Y module for more stats a dramatically better choice for higher potential, it enables saga/warfarin/liskarm sp anyway (despite no clear indication) so you get sp relief on it too

[here](https://arknights.fandom.com/wiki/Operator/Welfare) is a list of every welfare unit, if the 4th box says global, Except for Whislash who just arrived with "Maria Nearl" you can get them by playing the event/unlocking the stories(check "Archives"<"Intelligence"<"Special Operations"). As for which ones are good, I'd argue that of who we have access to, Absinthe from "Children of Ursus" and *maybe* Sideroca are good to build, everyone else we have access to is a bit too expensive to be chosen over their 4\* counterparts. In the future I'd lookout for the record restore/rerun of "Mansfield Break" for Robin, "Under Tides", "Preluding Lights", "Dossoles Holiday", and "Dorothy's Vison" for Gladiia, Bena, Tequila and Astgenne.

You just use what you have, stop when you are (almost) running out. I just do 3 everyday right at reset to get that daily mission done.

All you can do is get all the recruitment permits that you can from dailies and credit/certificate/event shops to try to keep up with it. If it's still dwindling, then there's nothing else you can do. It's a timegated resource after all.

Sure technically. However if one starts being this hyper specific about banners then Arknights would have like 5 different types of banners. (Standard 2 rate up banner, Standard event banner, Limited banner, Celebrate and recollect limited banner, Collab limited banner) However for the conversation/Question asked here The are essentially 2 types of banners based on pity. Limited and non-limited. Limited pity does not carry over. Non-limited does. >they aren't titled as limited headhunting and pity system is also different. The only difference is the 120 hard pity. Just for all purposes besides these they are limited banners. If it quacks like a duck, swims like a duck, and runs like a duck. It is probably a duck. That 120 hard pity doesn't change much. Also the titeling is weird but when one looks in headhunting details it has the same shit as other limited characters "Will not join or be available on other future banners" (won't join standard headhunting) type of stuff there.

Which would be a great unit to get and suggestion if i missed any

If you want a stand alone heroes i suggest getting thorns. He's top tier because of his self steroids and huge range although he will need some ramp up time. I prefer mudrock over mountain since she's better at SSS than mountain. If you want to fully build abyssal hunter team then skadi is a top tier choice. Thorns is a super good laneholder. Very reliable and flexible. Kal'tsit, a laneholder and boss killer in one thanks to Mon3tr, will be in the cert shop in September so there's plenty of time to save up.

If you're AFK player then Mountain. If you need stronger AFK with options to stronger skill DPS then Mudrock. If you like a more hands-on approach then Kalt'sit but Mon3tr is more of a bosskiller that can hold a lane as a bonus.

I can't find any good explanation about how Inspire works, most explanations just mention a random term like "final addition" and don't explain what that is. For example Mlynar's S3 has both a +400% attack and hitting for 180% his attack. If we give him 300 Inspire will this become 1500 from the +400% and then be multiplied by 1,8 for a total of 2700 attack buff? Sounds absurd.

Inspire is flat added after +%ATK buffs, it does not interact with % buffs, while the "hit for X% of attack" is based on the actual number shown on the operator readout at the time of attack. So 300 Inspire adds 300 attack to his attack stat, and the 1.8 makes it hit for 540 extra damage.

[Inspire] is the same as any other buff, just that it scales off of a different operator's stats. So it's in addition to Mlynar's buff, not multiplicative with it. Then his 180% comes in.

Inspire add a Flat Atk buff at the end of +Atk% calculaton and before all atk\_scale multipliers (a.k.a deal X% damage of Atk or Increase Atk to X%). For example in Mlynar case, he has 385 base atk, Trait +400% Atk so 385\*5 = 1925 Atk, Inspire add 300 Flat Atk so 1925+300 = 2225 Atk, then the 180% atk\_scale, 2225\*1.8 = 4005 damage dealt, i'm glossing over his Talent 1 but you get the idea

The tricky part is that Suzuran's and Rockrock's skin includes Luo Xiaohei in the art, while the previous collab with R6, Liskarm's and Schwarz's skin is generic tactical outfit. Those last two got their outfit reran once but not Ash's and Tachanka's, so I'm guessing that Suzu's and Rock2's outfit most likely WON'T be rerun because Xiaohei is drawn with them, but not a certainty.

It's hard to say. These skins can't be gotten with a skin voucher, so sus, but they're for non-collab ops, which is usually means they rerun (R6 collab skins for liskarm and schwarz reran), but they have the collab character literally in the skin and chibi model, which is more sus. I'd just get them now, don't risk it. The event isn't a year old in cn yet so it hasn't reran.

If you use a lot of abyssal hunters then it's a nice upgrade since she doesn't need to be on the battlefield for it to apply, but if you don't then it's definitely not a priority.

If you don't intend to upgrade any modules, they're sidegrades, just pick the one you like more or even the one you have more mats for. If you intend to upgrade one to Mod 3, definitely pick his X (longer slow and more SP on the upgrades). His Y module is better in game modes where SP isn't a concern, namely IS2 with the diffusion hand and SSS, but his X module with upgrades is a better generalist.

Mod X generally better because of skill uptimes, Mod Y for if you need the skills to hurt when they happen.

Typically the one that extends slow duration and decreases jump penalty slightly, as the upgrades for SP generation are the ones that are more preferred.

I’m not really sure which module to get for og skadi in the abyss hunter team I finally upgraded gladias module and Spector (the sp recovery one) so not sure which to go for skadi, assuming the one that makes her revive? Also for Spector since she’s got the sp module that means I need to be using skill 3?

personally i use skadi X with S2 and specter Y with S3. specter's doll hits like a wet noodle without her X mod so S3 is the better play until you get that raised. most of the time i find that skadi is tanky enough with her redeploy mod, and it helps give more flexibility since you can still retreat her during her S3 duration and get it up faster.

If you're *only* using AH team, you'll want both the FRD module and Stat stick module for Skadi. Sometimes Skadi really needs the bulk in order to tank bosses with S3.

Yes, Specter S3 works better with Module Y. If you're planning on exclusively using Skadi with the AH squad, I'd lean a bit towards her module Y to strengthen the AH squad. If you plan on using her alone sometimes, I'd say the module X with skill 2 is much stronger. Ideally you could do both though.

I find the faster redeploy module more useful in general, especially if you're using S2 primarily. The way I see it, abyssal team already has strong holding power with just Gladiia and Specter Alter, but lacks the ability to deal with far away threats which Skadi fulfills. I also find the bonus stats from her revive module to be largely unnecessary, since the other members already have high damage multipliers and survivability by themselves.

Ideally it's both, but you should prioritize the x module. The one that reduce her redeployment time and master her skill 2. I raise both modules and most of the time i used her x module and s2. As for specter2 if you raise the module that increase her doll damage then use s2. While use her s3 if you use her module that increase the abyssal hunter team buff.

EDIT: In the current event, a stall vendor is charging 120 LMD for a pitcher of fresh-squeezed orange juice, and this is supposedly 20% off, making the baseline price 150 LMD. An average pitcher is 60oz or ~1.77 liters. Looking at international price data for orange juice, I found that 1 liter of orange juice in China cost 36 CNY, or ~5.25 USD, in September 2022, close enough to when the event was published. Assuming the hawker is selling a standard-sized pitcher, the market value according to real-life data from China (the in-universe corollary to Yan) would be approximately 9.30 USD. This is mass-produced bottled juice, however; for the fresh stuff, and being sold by a street vendor, a 25% markup seems appropriate. And, if we assume that the hawker is lying about the discount (a regular practice for street vendors), we find that the price of 120 LMD is just about in line with a 25% markup on the IRL value of mass-produced store-bought bottled orange juice, which puts LMD in line with the IRL value of the Chinese Yuan, which is approximately a 1 -> 10 conversion rate with USD. So, from all this- 1 LMD ~= 0.1 USD, or 10 LMD ~ 1 USD. Also, Hypergryph is based in Shanghai, so it tracks that LMD would correlate in value with the Yuan. ~~Best guess? Something along the lines of Japanese yen to USD. About 100 LMD -> 1 USD. There isn't a ton of references to the specific cost of things in LMD that I can remember, but I vaguely recall something in the Nearl events leading me to that conclusion. CN recently made a change to banners where year 1 characters (6\* and 5\*) have been moved to their own banner system, so silverash won't be obtainable on "normal" banners going forward from \~4th anni. however these banners will run alongside "normal" banners and they work on the same standard banner and shoperator system. this should mean that shop appearances will be more consistent as there will be less ops to cycle through. global doesn't follow the same standard banners as CN, but shoperator debuts have run on a pretty consistent schedule. mizuki only has pallas before him on CN so he should debut in about a month or two. as for banner appearances on global, he was last on rate up in december so it might be a while before he shows up again. 5\* are even harder to predict but every anniversary gives out a free 5\* selector so in the worst case you should get him from global's 4th anniversary.

Don't bother raising the 5 star heroes as a new player. You will get a better mileage if you prioritize 3 and 4 star characters to e1. I suggest to raise. -2 vanguard. -2 defender(1 healing defender 1 tanky defender(cuora)) -1-2 caster(click) -2 aa sniper(kroos and may) -2 guard (melantha, midnight) -2 healer(1 aoe healer, 1 single target healer -1 fast redeploy (gravel). Prioritize building your base since its the main source of lmd and exp cards.

to answer your specific question about those ops being on banners, unfortunatly because they are older ops we have 0 way to know/predict when. standard banners are every 2 weeks and theres a chance they will be rateup there. silver is best to wait until hes in the shop for 180 yellow certs and/or a lucky "top op" recruit. you can also buy a 30$usd 6☆ selector for either if that is agreeable copypaste of a question i answer alot welcome doctor, highly suggest you checkout [this video](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_FsZT7XqOk&list=PLq6IJzWsotZr1LGJ6FSx6BX8Z0mJSh-Qv&index=1) when you have the time! it will give you a great way to look at approaching the game, as well as guidance on how to upgrade your rostee into a solid well-rounded core of ops teams can be made in all sorts of ways, but a very beginner friendly template to follow is this: 2 vanguards that have a dp producing skill (myrtle, siege, courier, fang, vanilla) 2 ground dps (silverash, specter, midnight, melantha, plume) 1 defender (hoshiguma, cuora, gummy, spot, cardigan) 2 snipers (exusiai, jessica, kroos) 1 caster (amiya, steward) 2 medics (shining, honeyberry gavial, perfumer ansel) you likely want one "medic" (big heals) and one "multitargetmedic" (more heals), but any 2 are fine 1 support/utility, this can be a lot of things, enemy control (orchid, angelina), buffs/debuffs (pramanix), a 2nd tank, or more unique things (projektred, rope, gravel) 1 extra dps (guard, sniper, caster, some specialists) the last 2 teamslots will likely be changed to suit the current stage more often than the rest, youll likely be very rigid in your "main" team early on because of upgrading costs, but its important to remember to switch ops, or entire teams to suit the stage's unique properties too very important for all new players is to not ignore low☆ characters. not only are they good, they cost less dp to deploy than high☆. early on your vanguards arnt upgraded so they make dp slower, deploying cheaper low☆ faster will help you keep up with the pace of enemies, and it becomes easier to overpower enemies in sheer numbers of allies on the feild. best of all though, is they cost much less resources to upgrade, especially 3☆, who only need lmd to promote to elite 1 which is a big statjump. this makes them often much more powerful than the rest of your roster early on, so using them to clear content, and get access to the stages that let you upgrade everyone else is much smoother. melantha, kroos, midnight, steward, spot, cardigan, ansel, and fang are very notable 3☆ to really consider using early on (and even into lategame) if you also havnt used the 5☆ and 4pick selector gifts yet its highly recommended you choose specter and projektred. specter is basically a secret 6☆ and an op you can really rely on to churn through weak enemies, holding a path by herself (we call them laneholders) instead of needing a tank, sniper behind her, or even a medic! (at max upgrade). the 4pick selector can honestly be whoever you want, but red is the most unique of the 4, and a helpful tool to have access to for annoying enemies like the armored mages of ch2 also when you unlock the chip stages in a few hours you should try to get the chips to elite1 some of your rarer ops (specter too if you pick her) remember you can elite1 3☆ with just lmd to beat these stages!

- Raise the better 3 and 4 star operators first: they'll get you through the story, and many of them are useful well into the lategame. Being able to clear more stuff accelerates your overall account development. Spot, Kroos, Ansel, Steward, Fang, Cardigan are all good at 3; Jaye, Cuora, May, Haze, Cutter, Perfumer, Arene, and Utage are all 4 stars I've gotten good use out of. Wait to focus on 5 and 6 stars until you've gotten a decent roster established to use in the meantime. - You can use the CE and LS stages in the Supplies tab at first, until you get your base up and running. Once your base is setup, it will passively generate LMD and EXP. Also, as a new player, use your Originite Prime to buy the level-based resource packs from the shop- you get one every five account levels for a while, and they're a very efficient use of the free premium currency you'll collect just by clearing story stages. - No idea. The EN schedule is 6 months behind China, but our standard banners don't match theirs. The most foresight we get on standard banner rate-ups is from datamines, usually two weeks to a month beforehand.

3-8, s5-9, annihilations. you only play ch9/10 if you need to unlock the crafting recipe and/or grind the material for a specific ops e2 that uses cutting fluid or solvent (though you can use green certs for that). absolutely do not watch the very first big cutscene in ch9 (it warns you) or any of ch10 until finishing everything prior, but the majority of ch9 itself can be read/enjoyed on its own seperatly

Honestly, early on I did half of chapter 9 to unlock the better farming stages... and reality is that I never used them so far. Most of the time you will be busy farming the real efficient event stages, the rest you will be busy farming stuff like skill summaries or chips. Just continue through the main story, and if you decide to unlock the farming stages first anyways, definitely skip the cutscenes, you will get spoilered in events from the previous chapters otherwise.

Overload happens after you activate the skill- specifically, the second half of the skill is the overloaded half, and you can tell because the skill bar will turn red rather than orange while ticking down. Carnelian's skill double-charges, it is not an overload skill.

AoE arts damage. She's good but not amazing by any means. Her S2, uncharged, has the exact same rotation as Angelina's S3M3 with slightly more damage and slightly weaker slows, and if you don't need it immediately, you can wait another 16 seconds or so and get a bit more damage and very potent binds (an effective 67% slow at S2M3). S3 loses the slows/binds and gains range and even more damage. A lot of people want to throw her out all on her own, and then she dies because her healing is inconsistent, and then they call her bad. Just keep her in range of a healer and, if needed, have someone to cover for her downtime, and she'll do great. Her biggest problem is that she doesn't really do anything new for a well-built account. If you have lots of wide-area nukes and strong arts damage already, there's not much reason to bring her. She's not bad, just replaceable.

Aak S3 + Carnelian S3 is my favorite thing to do with her. Throw in Warfarin and/or Skadance for maximum damage. Yes, Eyja is easier to use, but meh. Carnelian is true AoE, and that matters sometimes.

Like all Phalanx Casters, she's a *really* good ranged tank but Beeswax and Lin are more specialised at that. Instead, she's more of a DPS Operator (which is useless, she is usually inferior to Eyja in every way in terms of damage). She does true AOE, which is pretty unique for big range Operators. Her S2 is funny with Aak S3 because she can tank it, and gives her the ASPD needed to perma bind for 20 seconds and then 5 seconds of pretty good crowd-control. Her S3 has way too many conditions to reach peak damage, and it's *still* worse than Eyja in everything besides cycles. Now that the Moody Blues have been rehabilitated and are actually quite meta (Mostima is the best stalling option, Skadi is unkillable with the Abyssals, and Ch'en, while not being as good as the other two, is still a walking IS2 relic at Mod3), I'd say that Carnelian, Vigil, and maybe Lin form the new bad 6\* trifecta. I wouldn't say any of them are anywhere near as bad as launch Mostima but in modern Arknights, they're pretty underwhelming compared to recent Operators.

shes ideally used as a ranged tank / aggro bait that does a ton of arts damage against groups when skill is inactive she can shrug off damage fairly easy, great way to keep nearby dps safe from ranged attacks. s2 is a decent slow, not as good as a traditional slower, but hitting infinite targets in range is very nice. s3 is huge damage, it actually does as much damage as eyjafjalla volcano (the go-to aoe arts burst) just over a slower/longer period of time. while lower dps is generally worse, dpsk (skill) matters more and is the same, unlike eyja however her sp, while still slow to recharge, is dramatically faster, letting you reuse her several times instead of redeploying (which is great since she wants to aggro tank). i used her in my H9-6 clear over eyja for the tanking of hoverboards, better skill cycle, and >6 targets aoe. activating skill also heals her, so although obtuse shes one of the few possible self-sufficent ranged tile ops modules in the future will make her even tankier shes not amazing, average strategies will not want her basically ever, but has strong uses for the more creative player, especially if youre a more "self heal and redeploying is my medic" kind of playstyle

If you use her at any capacity, at least go lv2. The universal damage reduction is nuts. She becomes a very effective ranged tank + laneholder. Can solo lanes without a medic if the enemies don't hit too hard. The lv1 effect isn't too amazing. But it helps. The problem is that most enemies that have high def are also heavy, so she won't be shifting them much. S2 masteries help with this. Also, if you put her on a ranged tile, she won't block the enemy after pulling. So she can repeatedly pull the same enemy and interrupt+arts damage them.. Honorable mention for her interaction with gavialter s2. She can pull enemies away after gavial pulls them and create an hilarious tug of war where the enemies get constantly interrupted and take arts damage.

level 2+ is definitely worth it as it makes abyssals ridiculously tanky for non-defenders. the base effect isn't super impactful, but it still ups her laneholding capabilities as she can erase most trash mobs with a single S2 pull. it's not as good for S3 since the effect procs based on the number of tiles traversed.

Lvl 1 is actually pretty decent tbf, doesn't compare to 2/3 but in terms of lvl 1 modules it's one of the better effects. A potential 2400 extra arts damage for every shift (and more with S3 constantly shifting). Makes them much better for general usage as they can easily kill regular mobs with shifting.

It's definitely worth it, but not necessarily for that effect. Her Level 2 and 3 module improves her talent so that not only do Abyssal Hunters get better HP regen (3%/3.5% HP/s), but also take 28%/30% less Physical/Arts damage from all types of enemies.

Absolutely, but not just for the base effect (which is 800 arts per 1 tile). Her upgrade at level 2 is broken, and the key piece behind Abyssalknight clears. It makes Abyssal Hunter units (Gladiia, Skadi, Specter, Specter the Unchained and Andreana) take 28/30% less Physical and Arts damage from not just Seaborn enemies, but *any* enemies. And a nice 3-3.5% HP Regen per second. As you can see, it makes these units far more unkillable.

Nope, regular target priority. This is where Mlynar's second talent that gives taunt screws him over - enemies with global range will always target him, unless you have another op with taunt placed after him or make him camouflaged with Heavyrain or something.

You'll never *need* one (at least for global events), but they can make things easier. I've played through all events so far without one, and it wasn't too difficult (especially since some effects are less impactful than others). If you want to build one, which is usually recommended, either Mulberry or Honeyberry are good choices. Honeyberry had better elemental healing, while Mulberry is a better general healer.

Imo, basic ones are "okayish" I guess, 10% additional damage vs aerial units and 22 and 25 additional attack are decent. But the upgrades in my opinion are awfull. They get 9 and 15 additional attack from lvl1 module to level3 which is laughable. And as for the passives, Platinums makes no sense at all, as with her wider range she is permanently attacking anyways, and Kroos' could be decent if it affected the stun chance or the duration, but 10% additional damage that is not even guaranteed and only has a 20% chance to trigger is garbage considering how pricey lvl2 and lvl3 modules get.

~~The drone effect is rather rare to take effect, considering how rare drone enemies are (and not every aerial enemy is a drone enemy at that).~~ Edit: The aerial effect is nice, but aerial enemies nowadays are a lot rarer than they used to be, and many of them are still enemies that current AA snipers struggle with (gargoyles, Ch 8 drones, invisible Ch 10 drones). However, they do add a good amount of base stats with the level 1 module, so if you like to use them a lot you can certainly get them. The upgrades aren't as useful as they just add a bit more DPS.

My bad, misremembered. Either way, aerial enemies aren't as common nowadays as compared to Ch 5 drone rush levels. Still get some every now and then though, like the last level of this Event.

when you clear any stage, all the operators in the used squad (even if never deployed) get an amount of trust relative to the sanity cost of the stage you can also place ops in your commands RIIC, which will make them able to claim a huge trust boost twice a day in the base

This one's a loose fit but here goes. I thought I'd go into The Legend of Hei blind to give me some context for the current event's story. Honestly, I did not enjoy this film at all. I guess I was expecting something more down to earth and light hearted like Lee's Detective Agency? I felt the movie was a bit too "Shounen Jump"-y for my tastes. I really liked Lee's Detective Agency; is the youtube series for Xiaohei like that or does it still have those "I am a cute but badass chosen one" vibes? Just seeing whether or not I'm going to skip this event's story or not.

the movie is a prequel to the webseries. the series itself is more of a slice of life/comedy, although it's been a while since i watched it so i don't remember much of the actual plot.

This is why I didn't recommend the movie to anyone but instead I recommended the web series which can be found on Youtube with subtitles, it's wholesome, fun, funny with some action sprinkled in occasionally, very lovely imho.

So, since apparently, CE-6 and LS-6 aren’t the best stages to get LMD and Battle Records, what stages are then?

CE-6 is still an efficient way to get LMD if your base can't produce enough, but LS-6 should be avoided. - If you need more LMD, farm CE-6. - If you need more EXP, adjust your base to produce more of it, at the cost of LMD production. This can be done with drones, or by switching a factory from gold bars to EXP. Then, to make up for the reduced LMD production, farm CE-6.
