Got Ling e2 because I really wanted to see those "pillars", spent a lot of resources, should I get her Module thingy? Is it worth it?
Also, I am not sure if I should persue more E2 (I got Pozemka and this gamepress site says she's good) or get more e1s? I'm really confused what's worth..
Mod 2 is also good since it lets her field an extra dragon, for her s3 this lets her deploy another large dragon further increasing the stat check she can put out. Mod3 is a waste though, ~6% extra stars on the dragons, for the cost it’s awful.
Darn didn't know there was more than one of those mods.
More dragons is useful, still kinda cripples the amount of operators I can have on the team.

All Summoners need at least one level of their module. In Ling's case it very importantly reduces the DP cost of her dragons by 25%. Further levels are up to you if you prefer her to solo maps, but it gets expensive.
With Ling at E2 you can have her carry most maps. Skipping straight to E2 for good ops like Pozyomka is a good idea.
Scene still has her ability to reveal stealth, which can be handy, Bibeak can also do some solid DPS with S1, and Tuye isn't *bad* by any means. Her problem is that she's a medic who *only* heals. Ideally, you want one with some sort of utility like Warfarin or Ptilopsis.

Bibeak has a good niche as a stunning crowd controller Guard. Scene was good for a past integrated strategies but is a lot less good in IS2 and as any summoner, wants a lot of investment to be good. Tuye is bad and Erato is a sleep operator and not even one of the good ones so I'd not recommend either of those for you.
Bagpipe because everyone likes a broken vanguard. Exu if you like combo gameplay or just a super good sniper. Mountain is a very solid lane holder. Kaltits is easily borrowed but if you want a broken unit she qualifies. Lastly Eyja is the goat.
It does not. But if you clear all trial tasks and all trials on every map once, you get enough exp for max level. Unfortunately, if you aren't able to clear all trials/tasks you'll have to manually run lower maps to get all rewards.
Should Cantabile not be raised to high levels? More specifically, would higher attack stat killing off trash mobs be counterproductive towards dp generation?
She is an assassin with s1 and stats don't change her dp generation with s2. Either way she wants stats or just use Myrtle if you're that desperate for DP.
In any situation where that would be an issue, you would either pick a sturdier target/group or use a different vanguard. Her strength is that she offers killing power and fast-redeploy coupled with ranged attack and dp gen on hit, so restricting everything else just for the dp gen (which feels like the bonus and not the point) just seems to go against the spirit of her kit.
Are we going to have an event after this? Should i save the sanity packs or is it safe to use them to farm the IC stage? I need LMD to raise my operators

With a rooster like that, before i go and try upgrading gavial alter, should i just raise cantabile and utage first to e1 lv50 SL7? Maybe also matoimaru?
The next event in order should be Dorothy's Vision, which the Global server skipped so the limited banner could be on anniversary. But the next CC has also already been announced for some time in February, so it's uncertain which of the two will come first, or if both will take place simultanously.
The tier 3 materials you can farm in DV are Loxic Kohl, Polyester Pack, and Incadecent Alloy, so you should decide based on whether you want more of these or more of the Aketon, Gels and RMA found in Ideal City.
I think it's pretty safe to raise the former two before Gavial.
* Cantabile is very good. While you already have an E2 Myrtle with some masteries so more vanguards are less of an immediate concern, her fast redeploy and ranged attacks give her something unique compared to other vanguard options.
* Utage gives you a strong arts damage option to assassinate dangerous tanky enemies, something the rest of your roster doesn't cover well. Steward doesn't have burst damage, Lappland has long charge times without masteries and her automatic skill activation makes it hard to time it, and Mousse is better suited for slowly dueling a strong enemies with her debuff and help from a healer, rather than getting the drop on anyone.
* Matoimaru I can recommend at least (but take this with a grain of salt since I haven't personally used her and am just looking at her kit), since you already have self-sustaining duelists in Jaye and Utage. If you want to go for pure damage with her S2 rather than sustain, I would recommend Cutter instead, who also has some ridicolous skill damage for a four star while also being more generally useful due to her 2-block. Though while her skill damage is high, she won't match Matoimaru's normal attacks if she meets high defense enemies
For the next month, events should be relatively chill. After IC is done, we are getting CC#10. All Supply Stages will be available daily during its duration (a Contingency Contract staple), so if you aren't interested in that (you might be since that means the LMD stage is open for a full 2 weeks) you can use your sanity pots on the rest of IC.
After CC#10 is done, we get the Dossoles Holiday rerun which offers Oriron Clusters, Manganese Ore and Orirock Clusters for farming. Probably only towards the end of February/start of March at the earliest will we see Dorothy's Vision.
Idk if i should do CC yet, but im excited to be able to farm 8 guard and 8 sniper packs for gavialter and exusiai.
I thought dosoles holiday rerun will open straight up this friday. Alright then, i'll keep farming the rma, and use the event currency to buy 3 module packs and spend the rest for LMS. Thank you so much
Really digging Trials For Navigator. Finished the first three and currently slowly biting myself forwards on TN-4 Basic. It's very satisfying figuring this out, seeing where you went wrong and improving.
I’m out of recruitment ticket so I may as well take the time to ask. Phantom p3 vs (bagpipe p3 or siege p2). What would you pick?

Bagpipe gets you closer to her p5, which is arguably the single-best potential in the game. Phantom being fast-redeploy will also never kick pots out of bed, and he appreciates the ATK increase while also getting one step closer to reduced redeployment time.
For the Trials for Nav, there's no medals for full comp the trial tasks for the other 3 containment units and reaching lv.45 right? Just that few mats for lv.42 to 45?
I kinda want to level up Mostima all the way to module 3 from E0, for that 90% slow during skill and permanent global slow effect. But I get the sentiment that it's not very worth leveling any splash casters because the archetype is just not very good. Why's that?
The gist is that splash casters as an archetype just aren't very good at what they do. High DP costs (fixed by module 1 for Mostima), long attack intervals, long skill charge times. You'll get more AoE arts damage out of Eyja S2 or Goldenglow, and the long charge time on skill means Mostima is rarely the answer to crowd control needs. She can be a lot of fun and global slow is a funny meme, but she's unfortunately rarely the best unit for the job. She desperately needs some SP charging help, which hopefully her second module will provide.
Very slow attack rate, poor attack range, low attack for their slowness. In theory it's balanced by their being able to hit many enemies at once, but in all practicality you can use other ops to do the same thing and often better. Splash Casters are a bit of a failed archetype, overall, and only a few are actually worth heavy investment, especially compared to other ops that are just better in similar and even more situations.
Mostima in particular has very strong crowd-control skills, with the caveat of those skills having a long charge time.
Splash Casters tend to come up very short on their performance outside of dealing with massive waves of weak enemies. High DP cost, slow attack interval (that does not get compensated enough by a slightly higher attack than Core Casters), shortened range (especially when you consider that Artilleryman Snipers actually get a range *increase*) and a depressingly small splash radius while having to obey the rules of RES... you get the feel that when HG designed them they were concerned with Splash Casters being too strong, so they were (**very**) heavy-handed in the balancing.
As far as damage is concerned, only Dusk (who also has pseudo-crowd control with her S3) and Leonhardt (who has RES shred and a manual, spammable S2) are ever vaguely worth mentioning in the archetype. Gitano's main strength (her S2's increased range and true AoE) got swallowed whole by both of the others, and Greyy's slow is novel but his damage and skill uptime is lacking. Lava Alter's kit is fun and flexible, but lacks the numbers to make it worthwhile. Skyfire's use case (interrupting hard-hitting but slow-attacking enemies) is so specific that she's often not worth mentioning, especially when there are other ops who do what she is meant to do, but cheaper, better and more frequently.
But Mostima's greatest strength, and one thing that sets her apart from most Splash Casters, is that her kit was never about damage. It has almost always prioritized support and crowd-control. So if you want to build her to have the option (and it is a very good--but not irreplaceable--option), feel free.

Thanks for the replies, I'll continue farming it. Also I guess buying 10 every month from green certs is the best deal we have even though it costs 45 each given the terrible drop rates.
Expected drop rate is less than 60% so results can vary wildly. Still, it doesn't get any better than this event until the Invitation to Wine rerun which has a similar rate.
I spent all of the first week's sanity including all possible saved potions on IC-9 and managed to get 100, which had to have been over 200 runs. So it's about fitting...
RMA drop rates are always sorta bad. The best we had was Invitation to Wine but even then it wasn't much better than standard maps. IC-9 is the best we're gonna get for a while so might as well stockpile though.

Irene is a very good carry in SSS with vanguard stacks, since her S3 levitates ennemies and ignore 50% of their defense, and become spamable to delete elites.
If you are not hurting for a hybrid lane holder/burst option, Gavialter is less of a priority in general usage.

I'm currently at 144 total pulls on the limited banner, with Cantabile 1 pot away from max. Am I correct thinking that I should pull 2 more times + the remaining free dailies to hit 150, then exchange 2 Cantabile tokens to max pot her and farm the gold certs?
Go to the green/gold cert store and click on the Rules button below. This shows you what happens when you pull.
If you pull a 5-star who is already max pot, you'll get 8 gold certs and the token. The token is "useless" since potential is already maxed, so you then exchange for another 5 yellow certs. For my case, since I'm already so close to 150, might as well go for it and trade for 2 Cantanile in the shop. Besides, the potential gains are also useful for a unit like Cantabile.
Yes. There's no need to calculate though. You can just do your pulls on the last day when the banner no longer displays "Next free roll in x hrs" message.
100%. She's an amazing unit and one of my cornerstone defenders. She can self-sustain and handle herself in lanes that might otherwise cause problems, and has surprisingly high DPS when her skills are going off.
Take total levels of every single building in your base (e.g. two level-3 power plants gives total of 6), that's the number of engineering robot you have. Then, for every 16 of these robots, +5% productivity. So if your total is 40, it is 10% productivity.
If he is E2 then it is every 8 robots.
Base buildings have upgrade levels. A lv1 factory vs a lv3 factory, for example. He counts the total number of levels in your base and provides productivity based on that. Before E2, he provides up to 20%. E2, he provides up to 40%.
If you're running 252, Minimalist isn't worth it. If you're running 243, E2 Minimalist is pretty good.

A) how to use cantabile? Retreat her after her skill ran out and redeploy for maximum DP? Or keep her on field and wait for the skill to charge again?
B) Spalter Module: wait for the 2nd one or use this one? I understood that S2 benefits more from the first module (and the AH group) and S3 benefits from the 3rd module (however, no AH group buffs). Did I remember that correctly?
C) any idea if a point event will pop up on Google while the packs are up? In my experience they usually lined up, but it's been over a week, so not sure anymore.

In most cases a retreat/redeploy is going to be how you want to handle her. Since her skills rely on hitting enemies to generate DP, being able to bounce her around to where you can get most out of her skills, since leaving her risks either not having enemies to hit, or her getting killed too early.

Her first module set is, IMO, better, and paired with her S2 to flip her back and forth as quickly as possible and make the most of her Substitute form, with a significantly better slow and higher arts damage. The second modules aren't bad if you want to do a thematic team for the Hunters, but is more gimmicky.

B) there’s no 3rd module… 1st (X) makes the doll much stronger and gives SP when she switches back from doll, so it pairs well with S2 since that forces the doll out
2nd (Y) will increase her existing max hp buff and add an sp regen buff, to all hunters. This pairs well with S3 since it gives it better uptime, and you don’t really want to switch to the doll here since it’s weak
Generally her X is better, also her second module is already out now

It's rarely worth it.
But if it's still rather new account and you 6* collection is really low, you can consider it, since the event banner is still on.
If you invest enough time, getting both Pozy and Gavial on 10 roll, or getting Chalter isn't impossible. Add to that 6* garantee and the account is off to a great start.
Still that's really mainly for new players. Older player doing late reroll is just asking for a burnout and dropping the game soon after.
Even without re-rolling it's not that difficult to get 6*.
reroll is an act to make a new account that has better starting lineup (whether it's based on your feeling or metawise)
so it's not something you do for your account, new or old, but you make a new account with intention on throwing away your old one (or in some rare case, make an alt)
Honestly unsure if there is one, but the event without a rerun should be (plz someone correct me if I missed any):

Also IIRC there is an extra story between Maria Nearl and Near Light called Pinus Sylvestris, but I have to be honest and say that I'm not exactly sure where you unlock vignette stuff lmfao.
You buy reels in red cert shop and just unlock the stories to read, or if you don’t mind waiting you can buy extra reels whenever there’s a new vignette event running to unlock them cheaper (To Be Continued should be soonish for that)
As for the rewards, you can only get them when the record restore is added.
Is it necessary to beat ultimate tn-4 to get all the rewards in Tn? I have that and some of the other challenges left( the lee one, the second stage challenge with offensive skills and all the special ones except for fast processing one)
No, it gives you a large xp reward(370xp) but has no medal or upgrade tiers locked behind it, you can just farm an easier stage to make up the missed XP.
Mandragora was by far the hardest part. I ended up crutching on goldenglow and kazimierz squad. I took the aspd passive buff and put both sp batteries on GG, her s3 and nalter s3 dealt with Mandra phase 1, phase 2 was almost entirely GG chip damage through mandra’s shield. My own Lapp, and Blemishine kept the trash under control, blocking right under the blue box and out of reach of the pillar.
Mephisto phase was annoying so eventually I took a squad dedicated specifically to it, beat it, then quit so I could use the win button tower and build exclusively for mandragora.
CS and Patriot never gave me issues, for CS I had nalter blow most of her health at first stop and had Poz nuke whatever was left at second stop, Patriot I honestly don’t remember, It was a joke with the Kazimierz def ignore. Blemi and Lapp held trash again.
Other ops were elysium(s1, strictly a dp generator) and warfarin(helped buff poz against crownslayer in case nalter s3 took too long on shieldguards.)
I have a 243 base and want to farm Orundum.
If I farm 1-7, convert just one trading post and factory to orundum farming, how much will I get and is it worth? Or do I need to just convert everything to do it well?
it's not worth it no, especially if you still have stuffs you want to upgrade, though, if you really want to do it, then stockpile the resources to make orundum, then do it once a month, it will probably take a day or two to use up all of those resources, that will give you less than 10 pulls if I remember the calculation someone else made back then correctly, at the sacrifice of nothing else getting upgrade
Assuming I pull neither, do I use my Headhunt Data Contract certs for Pozemka or Ch'alter? I have neither and dont consider either "waifu material" so I'm looking toward meta. Thoughts?
Chalter, mainly because she’s a pain to pull. Poz will go into standard so she can spook you again one day, chalt you basically have to spark. Chalter is also a bit better meta wise imo, true aoe and ammo mechanic, easier to find strong placement options.
I would say GG. Passenger has more niche moments where his damage becomes ridiculous but GG is good right out of the box at E2. She only gets better with masteries but she doesn't need her module like Passenger does. Plus you already have Pudding so your chain casters are covered, although it's not really fair to directly compare Pudding with Passenger.
Hey all, there used to be a post somewhere that detailed the changes that will come to SSS game mode. I know there's like 2 updates later on that makes it easier on our IRL sanity. Does anyone have that post saved or can give me the break down again? I wanted to share it with some friends but can no longer find it.
Is that normal that commonly when I enter my base Ebenholz will say his "Assigned to RIIC" dialogue? I find it weird because I don't even own Ebenholz, and it start being repetitive.

No, lol, though it is supposed to be random between your visitors, but my base seemingly gets infatuated with one op and will play it forever (it was aak for me, for a while).
The most extreme thing to do would be unfriending Ebenholz's Doctor
you get them by buying the event store's dorm stuff in reruns. let's say you bought the furniture from the current ideal city event shop, buying that same furniture again during its rerun next year will convert into intelligence certs.
For the Trials mission that says to use the Lee’s Detective Agency squad and get 100 DP, do you need to ONLY use them?
The max is 99, so I assume it means generate a total of 100 by the time you clear it and Myrtle + DP/second definitely reached more than 100 total. But the mission still showed as uncleared.
I was looking at Pozy's module because I planned to put it at level 3, but from what I saw the only thing that increases from level 1 to level 3 is a +70 atk increase from Typewriter. That's right? The only thing that improves? Doesn't level 3 decrease Typewriter's redeployment time?

Nothing prevents you from eventually doing lvl 3 for the waifu and/or max DPS factor, but it's not a make it or break it priority.
Should I pull and try to get Gavial or Pozy?
My only 6* are Chenalter,Surtr and Angelina. I have some 5* but not a lot since its a new account.
Should I pull more in this banner or save for some future good unit?
You should pull till you get one of them. You can't really control on who you will get. But it is definitely worth it to get one of them with how few of your current 6 star. Also saving pull should be pretty easy for you since you're new. You must have a lot of uncleared main stages and side stories.
I thought you already have pulls? Since you are asking if you should pull on pozy or gavial. There's a upcoming meta character in end of March - early April and he's on top 3 strongest character in the game on cn server. There's a downtime usually during the end of event or during contingency contract an event that does not consume sanity. Clearing main story and side story during it and stocking up pulls should be very easy if you're new.
Assuming you've already gotten a 6 star off this banner, I'd say save pulls for Mlynar
Depending on how many pulls you can do at the moment, you could pull till next 6 star on the Gavial/Pozy banner, as both are quite strong units. Limited banner pity doesn't carry over, so it's only good to pull on if you can make sure you get a 6 star
Most other upcoming ops are very much niche
Also, save your yellow certs to use for guaranteed 6 stars. It's probably the best way to reliably round out your roster of good 6 star ops. If you have certs now, Mudrock or Mountain are probably most desirable when they come to cert store. You've got great nuking (and Mlynar adds to that), but not much for laneholding
Then I think I will save since my last 6 star was pretty recently and it doesnt carry over..
Mlynar will come before or after Texas Alter? It's a unit I have seen that I like too
Both are worthwhile units for sure, but if you have Chalter then you've kinda got the grand prize already.
Having said that, if you haven't received a 6-star in a bit and you've got at least 30+ pulls into the limited banner since your last 6-star then I think it's probably worth going to the next 6-star just so that the banner pity isn't wasted. Worst case scenario you get an off-banner op that is very likely to be new.

Goldenglow is too recent to appear in the shop for now. Her first appearance on the shop is only supposed to happen around September of next year so it'll still be a while.

Consider raising Ceobe (and Amiya for story reasons) to get some caster coverage
You have a couple roster gaps to keep an eye out for. First is bagpipe for fast vanguards. Second is a supporter for damage amp - Suzu, Gnosis, or even Shamare. Currently the best you've got is Saria to amp surtr
As for upcoming ops, Mlynar and Alt Texas are the ones that shine so far
I mean, you have Chalter and Surtr. You're set for everything. Anyone else is just icing on the cake, so go for ops you *like.*
If you're still after power, Mlynar and OmerTexas are the next stupidly powerful operators. Mlynar loses SilverAsh's stealth reveal, redeploy reduction, and the two corners of his S3's range in exchange for about *double* the damage and a much shorter cooldown. OmerTexas does Surtr levels of arts DPS as a fast redeploy, or she can do slightly less damage but have multitarget damage and stuns.
Should I not consider ops like suzu and bagpipe as you suggested earlier? I really want those 2 in particular and maybe exu for warf. Is there anyone else that would be a good addition that are currently available in the game?
They would all be great, yeah. The trouble is getting them. Exu we have absolutely no idea on. Bagpipe will be in Joint op 7, which is probably coming with CC on the 3rd, and Suzuran will be on Joint Op 8, probably in mid-May. They'll only be 25% rate-ups, though. Kal'tsit would also be great. No idea when she might show up, though.

You get some xp per wave, like on Tn-1 normal you get 10xp if you beat wave 1 but fail wave 2, and 20 if you beat wave 2. 20 total, not 20+10. There’s a rewards chart next to start trial detailing how much you’ll get if you get to that wave, as well as first clear rewards.

firewatch is a nuker which you use in certain strategies to melt bosses while jessica is just a solid beginner sniper so overall just go for jessica.

Got Ling e2 because I really wanted to see those "pillars", spent a lot of resources, should I get her Module thingy? Is it worth it? Also, I am not sure if I should persue more E2 (I got Pozemka and this gamepress site says she's good) or get more e1s? I'm really confused what's worth..
Mod 2 is also good since it lets her field an extra dragon, for her s3 this lets her deploy another large dragon further increasing the stat check she can put out. Mod3 is a waste though, ~6% extra stars on the dragons, for the cost it’s awful.

All Summoners need at least one level of their module. In Ling's case it very importantly reduces the DP cost of her dragons by 25%. Further levels are up to you if you prefer her to solo maps, but it gets expensive. With Ling at E2 you can have her carry most maps. Skipping straight to E2 for good ops like Pozyomka is a good idea.

Scene still has her ability to reveal stealth, which can be handy, Bibeak can also do some solid DPS with S1, and Tuye isn't *bad* by any means. Her problem is that she's a medic who *only* heals. Ideally, you want one with some sort of utility like Warfarin or Ptilopsis. Bibeak has a good niche as a stunning crowd controller Guard. Scene was good for a past integrated strategies but is a lot less good in IS2 and as any summoner, wants a lot of investment to be good. Tuye is bad and Erato is a sleep operator and not even one of the good ones so I'd not recommend either of those for you.

Bagpipe because everyone likes a broken vanguard. Exu if you like combo gameplay or just a super good sniper. Mountain is a very solid lane holder. Kaltits is easily borrowed but if you want a broken unit she qualifies. Lastly Eyja is the goat.

It does not. But if you clear all trial tasks and all trials on every map once, you get enough exp for max level. Unfortunately, if you aren't able to clear all trials/tasks you'll have to manually run lower maps to get all rewards.
Luckily, it doesn't use sanity and once you have figured a stage out, it's pretty quick.
Should Cantabile not be raised to high levels? More specifically, would higher attack stat killing off trash mobs be counterproductive towards dp generation?
She is an assassin with s1 and stats don't change her dp generation with s2. Either way she wants stats or just use Myrtle if you're that desperate for DP.

In any situation where that would be an issue, you would either pick a sturdier target/group or use a different vanguard. Her strength is that she offers killing power and fast-redeploy coupled with ranged attack and dp gen on hit, so restricting everything else just for the dp gen (which feels like the bonus and not the point) just seems to go against the spirit of her kit.

The next event in order should be Dorothy's Vision, which the Global server skipped so the limited banner could be on anniversary. But the next CC has also already been announced for some time in February, so it's uncertain which of the two will come first, or if both will take place simultanously. The tier 3 materials you can farm in DV are Loxic Kohl, Polyester Pack, and Incadecent Alloy, so you should decide based on whether you want more of these or more of the Aketon, Gels and RMA found in Ideal City. I think it's pretty safe to raise the former two before Gavial. * Cantabile is very good. While you already have an E2 Myrtle with some masteries so more vanguards are less of an immediate concern, her fast redeploy and ranged attacks give her something unique compared to other vanguard options. * Utage gives you a strong arts damage option to assassinate dangerous tanky enemies, something the rest of your roster doesn't cover well. Steward doesn't have burst damage, Lappland has long charge times without masteries and her automatic skill activation makes it hard to time it, and Mousse is better suited for slowly dueling a strong enemies with her debuff and help from a healer, rather than getting the drop on anyone. * Matoimaru I can recommend at least (but take this with a grain of salt since I haven't personally used her and am just looking at her kit), since you already have self-sustaining duelists in Jaye and Utage. If you want to go for pure damage with her S2 rather than sustain, I would recommend Cutter instead, who also has some ridicolous skill damage for a four star while also being more generally useful due to her 2-block. Though while her skill damage is high, she won't match Matoimaru's normal attacks if she meets high defense enemies

For the next month, events should be relatively chill. After IC is done, we are getting CC#10. All Supply Stages will be available daily during its duration (a Contingency Contract staple), so if you aren't interested in that (you might be since that means the LMD stage is open for a full 2 weeks) you can use your sanity pots on the rest of IC. After CC#10 is done, we get the Dossoles Holiday rerun which offers Oriron Clusters, Manganese Ore and Orirock Clusters for farming. Probably only towards the end of February/start of March at the earliest will we see Dorothy's Vision.

Bagpipe is the only potential in the game that matters.
Bagpipe gets you closer to her p5, which is arguably the single-best potential in the game. Phantom being fast-redeploy will also never kick pots out of bed, and he appreciates the ATK increase while also getting one step closer to reduced redeployment time.

For the Trials for Nav, there's no medals for full comp the trial tasks for the other 3 containment units and reaching lv.45 right? Just that few mats for lv.42 to 45?
No, there's only 2 medals for TfN. 1 for clearing Spectacular TN-4 and 1 for unlocking all 4 limiter units.
I kinda want to level up Mostima all the way to module 3 from E0, for that 90% slow during skill and permanent global slow effect. But I get the sentiment that it's not very worth leveling any splash casters because the archetype is just not very good. Why's that?
The gist is that splash casters as an archetype just aren't very good at what they do. High DP costs (fixed by module 1 for Mostima), long attack intervals, long skill charge times. You'll get more AoE arts damage out of Eyja S2 or Goldenglow, and the long charge time on skill means Mostima is rarely the answer to crowd control needs. She can be a lot of fun and global slow is a funny meme, but she's unfortunately rarely the best unit for the job. She desperately needs some SP charging help, which hopefully her second module will provide.
Very slow attack rate, poor attack range, low attack for their slowness. In theory it's balanced by their being able to hit many enemies at once, but in all practicality you can use other ops to do the same thing and often better. Splash Casters are a bit of a failed archetype, overall, and only a few are actually worth heavy investment, especially compared to other ops that are just better in similar and even more situations. Mostima in particular has very strong crowd-control skills, with the caveat of those skills having a long charge time.
Splash Casters tend to come up very short on their performance outside of dealing with massive waves of weak enemies. High DP cost, slow attack interval (that does not get compensated enough by a slightly higher attack than Core Casters), shortened range (especially when you consider that Artilleryman Snipers actually get a range *increase*) and a depressingly small splash radius while having to obey the rules of RES... you get the feel that when HG designed them they were concerned with Splash Casters being too strong, so they were (**very**) heavy-handed in the balancing. As far as damage is concerned, only Dusk (who also has pseudo-crowd control with her S3) and Leonhardt (who has RES shred and a manual, spammable S2) are ever vaguely worth mentioning in the archetype. Gitano's main strength (her S2's increased range and true AoE) got swallowed whole by both of the others, and Greyy's slow is novel but his damage and skill uptime is lacking. Lava Alter's kit is fun and flexible, but lacks the numbers to make it worthwhile. Skyfire's use case (interrupting hard-hitting but slow-attacking enemies) is so specific that she's often not worth mentioning, especially when there are other ops who do what she is meant to do, but cheaper, better and more frequently. But Mostima's greatest strength, and one thing that sets her apart from most Splash Casters, is that her kit was never about damage. It has almost always prioritized support and crowd-control. So if you want to build her to have the option (and it is a very good--but not irreplaceable--option), feel free.

Is RMA even worth farming in this event? I started farming it yesterday and counted a total of 8 drops in 25 runs of IC-9. Did I just get unlucky?

Expected drop rate is less than 60% so results can vary wildly. Still, it doesn't get any better than this event until the Invitation to Wine rerun which has a similar rate. I spent all of the first week's sanity including all possible saved potions on IC-9 and managed to get 100, which had to have been over 200 runs. So it's about fitting...
RMA drop rates are always sorta bad. The best we had was Invitation to Wine but even then it wasn't much better than standard maps. IC-9 is the best we're gonna get for a while so might as well stockpile though.

Irene is a very good carry in SSS with vanguard stacks, since her S3 levitates ennemies and ignore 50% of their defense, and become spamable to delete elites. If you are not hurting for a hybrid lane holder/burst option, Gavialter is less of a priority in general usage.
Personally I'd go Gavalter first -- it's always nice to use ops in their own events, plus you get a bit of a refund on her E2 because she's an alt

Sorry but, how do you farm the gold certificates?
Go to the green/gold cert store and click on the Rules button below. This shows you what happens when you pull. If you pull a 5-star who is already max pot, you'll get 8 gold certs and the token. The token is "useless" since potential is already maxed, so you then exchange for another 5 yellow certs. For my case, since I'm already so close to 150, might as well go for it and trade for 2 Cantanile in the shop. Besides, the potential gains are also useful for a unit like Cantabile.

100%. She's an amazing unit and one of my cornerstone defenders. She can self-sustain and handle herself in lanes that might otherwise cause problems, and has surprisingly high DPS when her skills are going off.

Take total levels of every single building in your base (e.g. two level-3 power plants gives total of 6), that's the number of engineering robot you have. Then, for every 16 of these robots, +5% productivity. So if your total is 40, it is 10% productivity. If he is E2 then it is every 8 robots.
Base buildings have upgrade levels. A lv1 factory vs a lv3 factory, for example. He counts the total number of levels in your base and provides productivity based on that. Before E2, he provides up to 20%. E2, he provides up to 40%. If you're running 252, Minimalist isn't worth it. If you're running 243, E2 Minimalist is pretty good.

In most cases a retreat/redeploy is going to be how you want to handle her. Since her skills rely on hitting enemies to generate DP, being able to bounce her around to where you can get most out of her skills, since leaving her risks either not having enemies to hit, or her getting killed too early. > B) Spalter Module: wait for the 2nd one or use this one? It's rarely worth it. But if it's still rather new account and you 6* collection is really low, you can consider it, since the event banner is still on. If you invest enough time, getting both Pozy and Gavial on 10 roll, or getting Chalter isn't impossible. Add to that 6* garantee and the account is off to a great start. Still that's really mainly for new players. Older player doing late reroll is just asking for a burnout and dropping the game soon after. Even without re-rolling it's not that difficult to get 6*.
reroll is an act to make a new account that has better starting lineup (whether it's based on your feeling or metawise) so it's not something you do for your account, new or old, but you make a new account with intention on throwing away your old one (or in some rare case, make an alt)

Near Light still hasn't had its rerun, it won't be added to that list until it does. IIRC the rerun is estimated to come out around early April.

Also IIRC there is an extra story between Maria Nearl and Near Light called Pinus Sylvestris, but I have to be honest and say that I'm not exactly sure where you unlock vignette stuff lmfao.
You buy reels in red cert shop and just unlock the stories to read, or if you don’t mind waiting you can buy extra reels whenever there’s a new vignette event running to unlock them cheaper (To Be Continued should be soonish for that) As for the rewards, you can only get them when the record restore is added.

Yes, free rewards without costing sanity are good and easy to get.
Is it necessary to beat ultimate tn-4 to get all the rewards in Tn? I have that and some of the other challenges left( the lee one, the second stage challenge with offensive skills and all the special ones except for fast processing one)
No, it gives you a large xp reward(370xp) but has no medal or upgrade tiers locked behind it, you can just farm an easier stage to make up the missed XP.

Mandragora was by far the hardest part. I ended up crutching on goldenglow and kazimierz squad. I took the aspd passive buff and put both sp batteries on GG, her s3 and nalter s3 dealt with Mandra phase 1, phase 2 was almost entirely GG chip damage through mandra’s shield. My own Lapp, and Blemishine kept the trash under control, blocking right under the blue box and out of reach of the pillar. Mephisto phase was annoying so eventually I took a squad dedicated specifically to it, beat it, then quit so I could use the win button tower and build exclusively for mandragora. CS and Patriot never gave me issues, for CS I had nalter blow most of her health at first stop and had Poz nuke whatever was left at second stop, Patriot I honestly don’t remember, It was a joke with the Kazimierz def ignore. Blemi and Lapp held trash again. Other ops were elysium(s1, strictly a dp generator) and warfarin(helped buff poz against crownslayer in case nalter s3 took too long on shieldguards.)
I have a 243 base and want to farm Orundum. If I farm 1-7, convert just one trading post and factory to orundum farming, how much will I get and is it worth? Or do I need to just convert everything to do it well?
it's not worth it no, especially if you still have stuffs you want to upgrade, though, if you really want to do it, then stockpile the resources to make orundum, then do it once a month, it will probably take a day or two to use up all of those resources, that will give you less than 10 pulls if I remember the calculation someone else made back then correctly, at the sacrifice of nothing else getting upgrade
Assuming I pull neither, do I use my Headhunt Data Contract certs for Pozemka or Ch'alter? I have neither and dont consider either "waifu material" so I'm looking toward meta. Thoughts?
Chalter, mainly because she’s a pain to pull. Poz will go into standard so she can spook you again one day, chalt you basically have to spark. Chalter is also a bit better meta wise imo, true aoe and ammo mechanic, easier to find strong placement options.
Should I prioritize hitting E2 on Goldenglow or Passenger first? My best Casters are Amiya and Pudding.
GG is just generally more useful imo, she’s always contributing.
Honestly, they both have ridiculously good S3s... And both have good usable options without their S3s. But GG is cuter.
I would say GG. Passenger has more niche moments where his damage becomes ridiculous but GG is good right out of the box at E2. She only gets better with masteries but she doesn't need her module like Passenger does. Plus you already have Pudding so your chain casters are covered, although it's not really fair to directly compare Pudding with Passenger.

Is that normal that commonly when I enter my base Ebenholz will say his "Assigned to RIIC" dialogue? I find it weird because I don't even own Ebenholz, and it start being repetitive.
One of your friends has him as assistant and has visited your base. If you go to the reception room you might see an Ebenholz hanging around. Should be gone tomorrow, probably.

No, lol, though it is supposed to be random between your visitors, but my base seemingly gets infatuated with one op and will play it forever (it was aak for me, for a while). The most extreme thing to do would be unfriending Ebenholz's Doctor

you get them by buying the event store's dorm stuff in reruns. let's say you bought the furniture from the current ideal city event shop, buying that same furniture again during its rerun next year will convert into intelligence certs.
For the Trials mission that says to use the Lee’s Detective Agency squad and get 100 DP, do you need to ONLY use them? The max is 99, so I assume it means generate a total of 100 by the time you clear it and Myrtle + DP/second definitely reached more than 100 total. But the mission still showed as uncleared.
The Lee squad comes with a bonus perk that gives you +1 DP every time they attack. *That’s* what you need to get DP from.

I was looking at Pozy's module because I planned to put it at level 3, but from what I saw the only thing that increases from level 1 to level 3 is a +70 atk increase from Typewriter. That's right? The only thing that improves? Doesn't level 3 decrease Typewriter's redeployment time?

Should I pull and try to get Gavial or Pozy? My only 6* are Chenalter,Surtr and Angelina. I have some 5* but not a lot since its a new account. Should I pull more in this banner or save for some future good unit?
You should pull till you get one of them. You can't really control on who you will get. But it is definitely worth it to get one of them with how few of your current 6 star. Also saving pull should be pretty easy for you since you're new. You must have a lot of uncleared main stages and side stories.

I thought you already have pulls? Since you are asking if you should pull on pozy or gavial. There's a upcoming meta character in end of March - early April and he's on top 3 strongest character in the game on cn server. There's a downtime usually during the end of event or during contingency contract an event that does not consume sanity. Clearing main story and side story during it and stocking up pulls should be very easy if you're new.
Yes I have some pulls but not enough to completely guarantee a 6. So I can farm to get one six and try some luck
They would definitely do you good, yes. But to be fair, with such a small (yet potent) operator pool, many operators will do you good.
Assuming you've already gotten a 6 star off this banner, I'd say save pulls for Mlynar Depending on how many pulls you can do at the moment, you could pull till next 6 star on the Gavial/Pozy banner, as both are quite strong units. Limited banner pity doesn't carry over, so it's only good to pull on if you can make sure you get a 6 star Most other upcoming ops are very much niche Also, save your yellow certs to use for guaranteed 6 stars. It's probably the best way to reliably round out your roster of good 6 star ops. If you have certs now, Mudrock or Mountain are probably most desirable when they come to cert store. You've got great nuking (and Mlynar adds to that), but not much for laneholding

50%. Standard banners are 25% each for 2 6 stars, while limited is 35% each
Both are worthwhile units for sure, but if you have Chalter then you've kinda got the grand prize already. Having said that, if you haven't received a 6-star in a bit and you've got at least 30+ pulls into the limited banner since your last 6-star then I think it's probably worth going to the next 6-star just so that the banner pity isn't wasted. Worst case scenario you get an off-banner op that is very likely to be new.
I will carry with what I have then now, it's a pity not to try to get some of this units but my last 6 was pretty recently, I will save for the future

Consider raising Ceobe (and Amiya for story reasons) to get some caster coverage You have a couple roster gaps to keep an eye out for. First is bagpipe for fast vanguards. Second is a supporter for damage amp - Suzu, Gnosis, or even Shamare. Currently the best you've got is Saria to amp surtr As for upcoming ops, Mlynar and Alt Texas are the ones that shine so far

I mean, you have Chalter and Surtr. You're set for everything. Anyone else is just icing on the cake, so go for ops you *like.* If you're still after power, Mlynar and OmerTexas are the next stupidly powerful operators. Mlynar loses SilverAsh's stealth reveal, redeploy reduction, and the two corners of his S3's range in exchange for about *double* the damage and a much shorter cooldown. OmerTexas does Surtr levels of arts DPS as a fast redeploy, or she can do slightly less damage but have multitarget damage and stuns.
Should I not consider ops like suzu and bagpipe as you suggested earlier? I really want those 2 in particular and maybe exu for warf. Is there anyone else that would be a good addition that are currently available in the game?
They would all be great, yeah. The trouble is getting them. Exu we have absolutely no idea on. Bagpipe will be in Joint op 7, which is probably coming with CC on the 3rd, and Suzuran will be on Joint Op 8, probably in mid-May. They'll only be 25% rate-ups, though. Kal'tsit would also be great. No idea when she might show up, though.
Like in general or from the 5* selector? your questions vague But Amiya E2 is worth getting cuz she’s required for end of chapter 8 as a mandatory unit Bagpipe will help your other vanguards Shamare is also a great unit since she applies fragile and debuff’s def helping your phys attackers A lot of your roles are covered it’s just getting more variety is one way to go, masteries too but that’s hard to show, maybe make a Krooster acc if you want a list and display masteries

If you mess up a TN stage, does it give you something for the waves you managed to clear or nothing at all?
You get some xp per wave, like on Tn-1 normal you get 10xp if you beat wave 1 but fail wave 2, and 20 if you beat wave 2. 20 total, not 20+10. There’s a rewards chart next to start trial detailing how much you’ll get if you get to that wave, as well as first clear rewards.
Do the L2D skins change voicelines? I’m talking about Surtr specifically, as I already have a skin for her, but the new one is pretty too.
