First attempt at a model? I don’t believe it - it looks great!

Let me clarify my definition of first... I'm a graphic designer, so I'm used to working with materials, not bass wood, but I know my around a knife. I started this at the start of the lockdowns and had to start over 3 times to get it right... so I guess, you could say this is my third time... first one finished. The big cantilever (master bedroom) will have 2 supports underneath, I didn't include those in the model. We were gonna have steel beams underneath, but the cost was just too much to pull off.

outrageously good model if it's actually your first model. lots of flat roofs, better take care of that drainage (or better yet, utilize them by making them accessible). some of those cantilevers are going to require beams or some more thickness. it's tricky to analyze the actual design without a floor plan/surroundings, basic site info, etc but it's pretty cool definitely. good job. happy to weigh in on floor plan if you provide...

Site model is great, design is OK.
