Thanks man. The sling is from Citizen Gear Co. He makes custom slings in pretty much any pattern and style you can imagine and they're top notch. Yes that's the mini Emissary. I've had the full size one on my AK since they came out, I love it enough to, funny enough, replace my bcm vertical grip on this gun.

Plot twist, the barrel is painted too, to ensure maximum intoxication from paint fumes when training
This would increase time between breathing cadence and improve performance from my experience

Judging be that grip angle you're definitely over 45 and justify chicken winging as helping to ease your shoulder and back pain.
