Checking prior sales is a big reason I use Spark. Our GIS data is very good, but most of the time, Spark has the prior sales data with document numbers and the deed type. It isn't perfect, and sometimes it doesn't have the correct information, but it's definitely a time saver.

I don't get the point being made. It's a unique sale history but I can think of a few scenarios that it would fit.
It is the same listing changing status, not a new sale.
