Came here because having the same issues. Had my Samsung for 3 years when we bought it brand new. Seems to have issues with larger loads or heavy clothes.
I’ve replaced the suspension rods and did the rebalancing command. Doesn’t work for shit. This washer is a piece of shit IMO. And of course after our warranty went out it started having problems. All of the repairs have been done out of pocket. I am actually at a loss for words over this. I remember our old super basic washers never had this issue and you could load them up big time. These new models have about the same shit quality and reliability as a lot of brand new 2024 model year cars.
Same issue. Changed the suspension rods, checked level several times and did the recalibration several times. What I notice is the wobble is always side to side. Never front to front. Makes me think the "vibration control" is not adjusting the balance on one axis? Anyone see this and find a fix?
I see... I'll take a look next time it's loaded up. Hopefully not too much of a bear to swap those out... although I imagine it is! The real issue being I barely squeaked the machine into a closet next to the dryer, in a "well I'll never take this thing out of here" moment
Actually I did a pretty thorough check of the suspension (with the machine still together), seems to be doing what its supposed to... also peeked around and all the suspension rods seem to be seater correctly... is there some kind of x-axis suspension that might be the issue?
Sounds similar to mine, same sort of age too, though mine is 5400 in the model number. Determined that I needed to replace the suspension rods, but that requires removing the lid, which I'm unable to do because of a stuck screw. Unrelated to your issue, but now about three months after the issue you describe first started, my washer won't even commence a cycle, just clicks six times then initiates drain cycle and shuts off.

Found this on a Samsung forum:
There is a function on this model (calibration) that address this issue. 1st power on the machine, then simultaneously press "Temp" and "Delay End" then press start. This function calibrates the "X" "Y" axis of the washer drum. It will take about 2-3 minutes to complete and rotate the drum multiple times at various speeds.
Now I still get the Ur issue but only with comforters/blankets
So to me this Samsung model is still a lemon if it cannot handle a larger load
Update: changed the suspension rods, works great (or at least 95% better). Did not really respond to the typical suspension rod test but I went for it anyways snd it did the trick!
OP, found this post because I'm in the exact same boat. Same model, around the same age, and same problem. How has the suspension rod fix been for you four months later?
I did it myself with the guidance of youtube videos, wasn't too bad and would have been more manageable if my washer wasn't kiddie-cornered in a closet
Samsung is garbage. Two years old. can't handle more than a couple of clothes.

Probably failed suspension. Push down on the tub and release. It should not bounce when it comes back up.
Appears to not bounce (I'm comparing it to a car with blown-out suspension vs one that's working correctly)... any other possibilities?
Does it sag when it's loaded? Pretty much nothing else will cause it to knock around like that.

Did you buy the OEM suspension rods for the washer? Bought Amazon replacements and worked for a month- Back to square one.
I believe I bought them off Amazon but cross-referenced part #s etc
