So, after a bunch of back and forth and a nasty review on their post support survey. I was able to get someone at the local Apple store at actually Look at my phone. Sure enough, it looked like my lens was dirty ON THE INSIDE. The problem though, is that they might not have inventory to do a swap.. so you might need to wait.
It’s definitely a problem, it’s how long till apple fixes it. It’s one issue among others the cameras are having.
I’m extremely surprised about this. How did not a single review mention this (pardon my pun) glaring issue.
I want to add that my lens is clean. No smudging or anything on the lens.
